VisionMail works with all major carriers including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile. Some carriers such as MetroPCS, Cricket and US Cellular charge a fee to set up call forwarding, check with them for details. Unfortunately, pre-paid plans such as Virgin, Flex-pay and family mobile do not support call forwarding.

Never received any messages from this app.
Unanswered calls were all sent to non-working number. I never once received transcripts & my unanswered callers never got chance to leave a message. Even if number to change back is on agreement, there should be a way to change inside app.1st tho if they change your voicemail # it should be to a working# or what's the use of it. Definitely Uninstalling as soon as I finish this feedback. hope they don't charge. In fact they should pay me because I missed important calls. Until they fix this do not download
I downloaded and paid for this app twice. When I attempted to log in the app would not allow me to complete the set up. No visual mail. I want my money back. The app is worthless .
I had this appreciate before and it worked fine. I just downloaded it, tried to set it up, and I get am error message saying the Service is unavailable right now. Not a good start! Uninstall.
Doesn't work very well, translation is inaccurate
Jave used for years and love! Dependavle and quick to read messages when in meetings.
This reroutes your voicemail even after its uninstalled. I got several voicemails and after uninstalling the app it doesn't even tell me if I have any voicemails. There is no description of how to get it back to normal. The developers mention a code but give you no info on where to find it or how to use it
Call code does not work on my Boost Mobile Phone Service. Disappointed, as I run and use Business Call services just fine from same developer. Boost still utilizes Nextel cell towers. Re notification please if compatibility issues are worked out. SAMSUNG S2
You guy's leaving one star and complaining like pukes need to stop downloading apps that are over your heads! This app delivers everything is says it will do. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND DESCRIPTION! Better yet get an iPhone.

Can't live without. If your a busy business person & in meetings, or dealing with deadlines or people that just want to hear themselves talk or take up all of your time... This is the app for you!!! Wish you would bring back the organizing folders. Save, delete, & archive. Very helpful.

This app would be perfect if the voicemail transcription was acurate or more reliable
I haven't called in for messages since getting this 2 months ago - love that! Transcription is good unless call is noisy (better than google voice I think). Help/tip bubbles stop showing up after you use an area a bit, nice touch.
Just made the changeover from another company. Great app, easy to operate and set up! great price and transcriptions. I would like a dark theme, and my play back audio has a little distortion or clipping.
I love VisionMail because the text transcriptions are more accurate than Google Voice. I used to use another service that was $9.99 a month for only 45 transcriptions. This is only $3.99/month for UNLIMITED. Cant beat that with a baseball bat LOL
Lots of features that will let me customize for my family and friends. The transcription is better then most that I have seen.
I couldn't get the option to cancel the app.
Really nice app. Some great features that I will definitely use.

VisionMail is supposed to text your voicemail messages for free, but it isn't. It's a 10 day trial. You don't figure this out till after you have authorized them to activate your phone number and voicemail to them. Now they locked my voicemail to their company and am having a very difficult time figuring out how to unlock it so I can activate another similar app program. I would not recommend this app to anybody.
The charge you personally 3.99 a month.. If you don't say anything they keep on charging you even after my credit card that was stolen was used DON'T WANT THE SERVICE BUT THREATENING TO GO TO COLLECT ON THIS MATTER WHICH I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR PEOPLE STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! :(
Wow! This app is great! Very cool. I've tried several visual voicemail solutions but truly appreciate how VisionMail allows me to forward calls (their Find Me/Follow Me) feature. I really like having a transcribed copy of my voice messages available at all times. I've actually suggested to my callers that they leave a very detailed voice message because I will keep the transcribed message for future reference. I also like how I can set up Groups and how I can share certain messages with certain people. Neat features. I would definitely recommend VisionMail.
Room for Improvement. This app changed my phone messaging number and its still not dixed, people cant leave me messages.
