Easy to use and surprisingly complete. I've not had any issues doing my regular tasks.
Also not a fan of the new layout. Reordering doesn't stick. I can't create groups that stick. Customization seems limited to big or small text. Most importantly, I don't have a screen where I can view all loan/debt balances. I need to go open each account individually. I know what my payments are I don't care about that nearly as much as I want to see the balances. Same remark for the graph showing the proportion of debt...it's showing payment info not balance. How is that useful? Finally, I am most disappointed that the website uses the same unfortunate interface as the app...
I liked the old app where the account summary page would show present balances and next to that pending balances which was written as a text link, which when selected showed the pending deposits and transfers. I also liked being able to name the accounts. And the flow of the original app seemed much more straight forward. I feel like I have to go to the menu in the top left more often than necessary. If I'm in an account I should be able to select transfer and be taken to a transfer page with th
Too slow. I miss the old super simple app. It was so much easier to use on the go. Edit: in response to Visions' reply, no, I did not mean the internet is too slow. I mean the app takes longer to navigate through because it is more complex. All the graphics make it slower. The old version was simpler and therefore loaded faster.
Love using the app, loved the new look, it was fast, except the update doesn't allow me to see the photo of the checks I write anymore. Got updated a second time, now it doesn't ever freaking load when signing in, when it does, it takes more than 40 seconds. Needs to be fixed! I'm aware I can use the browser, but it's a very big inconvenience having to look back or try to remember the login when I only used my fingerprint to login into the app. Until it is fixed, my rating is staying at 2 stars.
The is nearly perfect, but there is an issue you should be aware of. The app (on our Android phone), along with the main Visionline web application (we run Windows 10 with the Firefox browser), from time to time gets an "unkown error" and ends the session. We also get spontaneous session timeouts with no advance notice. Can there be a "warning" screen saying timing out soon. After the timeout and session termination, the "session timed out" screen is shown only for a moment. Can it left longer?
very, very convenient. I'd dare to say an absolute must for anyone with an account here. you can easily see your balances, make transfers, and sumbit checks (along with many other features). makes it easier to know your balance and not bounce your checking. just be aware of occasional issues and maintenance times.
Very difficult to use. Most of the time the features don't work. Express deposit indicates that a deposit was successful, but two days later the deposit is returned because image was "blurry". Card controls are not available when you need to access them. Overall, the app could be better and easier to use.
There's a very basic quality issue in the app that bothers every time I use it. When I sign-in Google offers to auto-fill saved credentials. When I click yes to do so, my password gets filled into both the username and password fields. Naturally, in the username field it displays my entire password in plain text. This has got to be a very basic bug in that form somewhere.
I loved this app. now I cant even log in! always loading. read previous reviews saying the same thing to which visions responded that they're going to be updating within a week. still isnt resolved!!! FYI TO OTHER USERS HAVING THE ISSUE** as annoying as it is, deleting and then re-downloading the app does work (you can only log in once or twice before the issue happens again) but if you're ever in need of the app desperately, you can do that.
Update: I was able to rename my accounts to alleviate some confusion, but reordering isn't working at all. Adding actual themes and the ability to customize colors would also be helpful. Load times when viewing account details are also significantly slower than they used to be. Too bad they couldn't have done the security updates without overhauling the look of the app. Looks like a webpage that is t loading properly on mobile. I have multiple accounts and it is not showing the names as it used to, which is causing some confusion. The themes are a joke. Choosing between "normal" and "large" fonts isn't a theme. Please add the ability to add a custom name to the accounts on the home screen.
It's easy to use, laid out like their regular site, and works fast.
App doesn't load since last update. I have had to reinstall it twice. I have read a lot of reviews mentioning the same issue. Hopfully it is resolved promptly. Edit: If I could give this app a 0 star I would my original review was posted 12/12 and the issue still has not been resolved. Yeah I can and do use the web browser but it is inconvenient to have to do so.
Literally spent an hour trying to get express deposit to accept a photo of my check then gave up. Took front, not back. A professional photographer couldn't have taken a better photo. Every room in my house, every lighting option, multiple backgrounds. Now I've got an endorsed check to carry around until I make it to a branch. Visions fails at this one.

old app was much easier to use, new app has the same overcomplicated format as the "updated" website. I applaud then for making all platforms consistent for graphics/interface (and any increased security features), but the app simply doesn't work since the latest update. It just spins and says "loading" for 2-3 minutes until I force stop the app. At the moment it's a huge inconvenience since I only use the app for mobile deposits, otherwise I always use the website on my laptop.
great service with this app that's half of my time trying to go to the bank and find out when I get to it .this app has everything there that I need i am very appreciative of this has made my life a little more easier even down to transferring funds I no longer have to go to the bank to do that either and if there's any issue they will contact you about account if they think something's going on with it and it can be automatically addressed and you also and check statements. and payments
when it works it's okay the new configuration isn't as easy to use as the original. poor loading and for almost 2 weeks now you have been saying there is a new version coming out to support android phones. the app is supposed to bring us the quick and easy convenience. I guess they better get working on there issues...... still no change tired 3 times since the app updated still cant load will try again tomorrow... 12/26 still no change after uninstalling and reinstalling
Keep trying Visions. since the start of the update months ago I have not been able to connect. Website works, but the app doesn't. Customer service has been pleasant but still doesn't work. Latest update does tell me that it can't connect. Helpful since the spinning wheel didn't tell me that before. 3/17/20 Another update and I can't connect again. I guess they don't want me using the app. Last time they told me my phone was too old. New phone, now what is the excuse?
Hate the new layout! There was nothing wrong with the old one. There is something to be said for if it's not broken don't fix it!!!! Went from appealing easy to read large numbers in different colors (easy to see at a quick glance) to plain boring, literally have to peer at my phone to see numbers! That looks like it's the only thing that changed. Can't even express my hatred for this update!
App works and allows access to my accounts and Bill pay. The UI is simple , but it does the job. It has fingerprint login which I love for ease of use. I hear an update is coming. I hope the function remains the same, it works well right now.
This app is horrible. I uninstalled and then installed again per instructions from Visions. Yes, the app I'm using is the latest version. 90% of the time I still get a Network Connectivity Error: Server cannot be reached at this time. The website works fine. This app is unacceptable.
Easy and convenient to use at any time! Money transfers are easy, paying your credit card is easy, and managing your finances could be made easier through the use of the app! With convenient money transfers through Zelle, so it makes paying back friends way easier! And they can pay you back with easy transactions straight to your bank account! I use the app all the time!
