GETTING STARTED
To use the VIST Bank App, you must be enrolled as a VIST Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

The only thing i use the app for is checking my balance and depositing checks. Recently it started messing up taking pictures of the back side of checks. Now when you press capture, it goes completely out of focus then takes the picture, making the back side illegible.
Easy and accurate. I am very pleased with banking this way.
I instqlled the app a month and a half ago. When I enter my password it was approved, but everytime I logged on it wasn't recognized. i reinstall the same password every time, it's accepted. But everytime I have resubmit it. Now the log in page won't open at all!
Suddenly app keeps closing after authentication ,I've cleared cache, storage, uninstalled several times and its still closing on me! Update, they fixed it fast, and it works great again!
I am not a computer guy.... So after navigating through the app just a couple times, I found iteasy to use. The Tech Support they have available is patient to help you resolve any issues or to help you in any way.
Update. After posting a negative review about the new app, I was contacted directly by customer service who walked me through the process of properly setting up my credentials and haven't had any problems yet. Customer service did a great job at following through to my review I posted. I'll try out the app for a while before posting a final review.
I am happy with the service provided by Tomkins employees. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they keep closing my debit card saying fraudulent charges.
Straight forward, easy to use, great banking on the go
Stop updating the app and breaking features. It worked fine before stop paying people to make things worse. You can no longer see checks that were deposited thru mobile. It flashes and disappears.
The updated app has no problem depositing the checks I attempt to deposit. it is so nice not to have to go to the bank to do the deposit. Saves me a lot of time.
So convenient to pay my bills all on one place. Deposit limits should be raised though. I have tons of deposits and usually max out 15 days into the allowed time.
I love love this bank!! It's customer service is great and problems are solved instantly. And if you go in the bank,they have really good snacks!!😁👍
I like this app because I can take care of most of my banking needs on line. I can control my Mac card and add money to my line of credit.
They are a terrible bank not only did they let a company charge me twice for a product online they would not even help me get back the money I lost. I do not recommend this bank they are thieves
Works okay some of the time. The other part of the time, it doesn't sync with the bank so I can't view my transactions.
Customer service is friendly when you need help they help you properly the app is easy to work and overall I'm satisfied with my bank
Very easy to use, better than the last app. I especially like the check deposit feature.

This app has really turned around. I gave it four stars because I haven't tried some of the features yet.
Now that I the information need to deposit a check on the mobile app. It very easy to and conveinent.

This new app is the best thing that's ever happened with VIST Bank by far in my opinion.
It's always telling me to check for updates but I already updated. It then tells me there was an error updating. It then tells me to try later. Ugh
