Just downloaded the app. Doesn't even open. After repeated attempts to uninstall and reinstall it, once it displayed a message that this app has a bug. It suggests to clear cache, however even that does not help. Developers please do not reply; I have read so many replies from you, to peoples' complaints about the app. A disappointing experience....
One of the worst apps ever designed! For the past few days the app just doesn't open... It is always stuck on the loading page. Imagine if this is the tech they have for their flight systems as well... Yikes
Terrible,I cannot describe it better then terrible, I have been trying to book tickets thru it from the last 3-4 months but it's not working, it opens, it logs in, selects flights, enters your details, and then crashes. Same is being repeated from the last 3-4 months or I guess more. Tried to uninstall and reinstall nothing changed looked for updates found none. Can't believe it's a Tata & SA alliance company app
Can't login, request gets timed-out: It's been months since this app was updated before 5th May, and even after that the problem still remains. I can't login to my vistara account and check my CV details, and can't even utilise the benefits the said account is supposed to offer. Vistara is a premium brand, who is slowly losing it's charm, especially in the technology department.
Please stop checking for updates every time the app is opened. There should be an option to see boarding passes. Also stop the captcha check. Things that are very basic to user experience are lacking.
5 star not for the app, but for the service that we recieved during our recent flight from Dibrugarh to Bagdogra. Had left my baby's Samsung Tab by mistake while de boarding. Got a call half an hour later to inform me about my Tab, which i had expected lost by then. Met one very friendly and helpful vistara staff who helped me with formalities and my tab was back. And it was a wonderful flight for sure even though weather was harsh
Absolutely 3rd grade app. App keeps crashing, high level of latency, does not verify the password correctly. There doesn't seem to be any thought provided to the app development & user experience. You need a better product manager.
I love Vistara and rate it as the best airline in India as of now. However I cannot say the same for the app. Everytime there is an update, i am required to re-login. That's ok. But i am required to enter the Vistara club ID..!! Who remembers that? I then have to search my emails to find it and then login... isn't my registered email ID or mobile number unique enough? Your app developers need to give this a serious thought. Make it easier .. not cumbersome.
One of the worst apps I've ever used. This crashes with no reason. It cannot even retrieve country list. Is there anyone testing this before publishing, I highly doubt. Every one may not have a blazing fast internet connection, little far from tower and these to be accounted for. Even airvistara site is not designed well. We do not have to see all the graphics for a quick flight status check. Your air service bo not match your online presence, please fix.
Terrible app. Keeps showing a blank screen at every other step. Wondering which company developed the app as it feels it was developed 10 years back with zero focus on user experience.
Very poor design of the App. Certainly not representative of the TATA brand. I thought I had not registered so had to enter all my details before I was told that my phone is already registered. There is no option to login using phone number. When I enter my email id to reset my password I am asked for my Vistara ID which is mandatory. Have you even bothered to do a UX testing???
Edit: Thanks for quick response and fix. It's working fine. Earlier Issue: Crashes as soon as user tries to open it.
The app is so pathetically performing nowadays. It stops frequently and closes in the middle of a transaction. Please do solve these.
Terrible app. Not able to register. Unable to pay. When I enter the card no. it says 'we accept o only cards'. Sheer waste of space on my mobile.
Like the name VISTARA, the app is not expanding. Goes back to the homepage. Very bad response with the App. I do hope that the flight services will not let me down. Kindly update your App guys. I can see below the Vistara guys apologizing, but still nothing has been done on the App. 👎👎👎👎👎
Absolutely stupid app। First it gives the message tomuse high speed app, then it crashes itself। Some how if you make through, it would ask to proceed for OTP and email verification and then it crashes again। Don't know know who tested it What a moron app, for sure TCS would have developed it ।
Dear Team, If I have to enter login details and solve my way through a Captcha screen every single instance for getting access, why should I use the app and not just the website on phone? And even after this multiple layers of security, I still don't find my flight bookings on the app. Whether it's for checking status or for doing a web check-in, all details are required to be filled from scratch. Kindly have a look at how other airline apps are functioning. Thanks.
There is a bug in the current version and it closes automatically saying "try updating this app after the developer provides a fox for this error"
I can't login to my account from abroad as this app can't send SMS. No proper response even after reporting it to the support. You're proving to be very much an INDIAN company.
I cannot even log in , The APP crashes after capta . Cmon guys you are better than this. You guys have the best tech support. 1 star for the app. 5 STAR for your services
App is very poor. As u launch it, it comes down crashing. What is the solution. Most of the times, it doesn't work
Unable to open the open on Samsung Note 10+ Android 12... saying high speed internet required and closing automatically. I am already on the 200Mbps connection. plz provide update quickly.
I don't know whether your developers check the app before or after pushing the updates, but let me tell you, that the latest update is a disaster. I can even open the app now. It's crashing !!!!!!

Awful app. I have tried every password possible and still says invalid password when trying to create an account. Terrible user journey.
Worst airlines...they damaged my check in bag..it was worth 2500rs..they gave compensation of just 500rs...I contacted reg the same to customer care..u know d reply after 3.5months...stating there is no one travelled in that time it seems..wow great resolution...u just deleted my travel only...they who did it?? Any ghost or some supernatural power?? Customer care is -5 rating....single star is too high for this nonsense organization
I'm surprised. It is not functioning at all on my Samsung A50. I try to register my details, but facing issue validation error. No clue about the error.
App crashes and not able to login even after re-install, just shows the screen as fetching countries and crashes.
- App seems to be a very basic Web Wrapper App. - can't stay logged in to the App, and it asks for Captcha to be solved everytime you try and login. What an experience.. - booking just doesn't happen anymore. You select the flight, enter your details and that's it.. The app just goes back to the home page. - even to get the boarding pass is a challenge. - tried raising these with Customer Support team, but didn't get even an acknowledgement.
