This app has been a beta test for 3 years. It's terrible. It barely runs, it's a constant nightmare for my entire team. Crashes and closes. Some guys, it doesn't even open, it constantly disconnects, it leaves guys in driving when it's supposed to be "automatic" status changing. It's just bad I'm sorry for you if you've been stuck with this app because it's what your company is using.
Worst ELD I have used. No direct support, you have to wait for a call back. App crashes all the time, multiple times trying to log on, if ever. Doesn't change to driving, stays in whatever status you have. God luck if you turn off your truck, you might not get back in logs. And if you use Android, or you are not tech savvy, stay away. NOT USER FRIENDLY
I've noticed some issues in the past couple years like mentioned in previous reviews but with the latest updates it has been working great. Sometimes disconnects but always reconnects immediately and no issues after. Very impressed with the progress made on this ELD.
Since my company asked me to use this application. It is nightmare for me every day. Every single day I am calling support and asking to fix my issues. They never fixed my issue. App developed by unprofessional way. Without trial hand over the end user (driver). Connection issue, PDF file genration, DVIR issue, and new trailer adding space issue is making harderto work with this app. The only thing is they picked up phone ASAP. Otherwise it is garbage. Even I changed phone device to apple.
Forced to use this app by my company, so far not happy with it at all. Was using Bigroad and now I feel like I just traded in my Audi for a used former rental car. No Google map with live traffic info or messaging. Extremely basic functions. Not user friendly format. Awkward to use. Your customer service may be better but your product needs much improvement.
App keeps opening even when i shut it off, it'll re open at all hours of the day and ask me to turn on bluetooth. It eats a lot of power on my phone and its driving me insane. I now have to force close the app, then about an hour later or sooner it will just open itself up again
Nothing but problems in Android. Constant disconnects if it even connects. Have to give far too many permissions to the app for it to even half way work. And the latest update (Feb. 25) has made it worthless. It won't even connect now.
This is the worse elog app. No 8-10 split for starters. Didn't give me my drive time on my clock when i had 20 on my 70. Crashes daily. MUST FIX THIS IF YOUR SELLING. Free apps are better and easier than this paid one. This app is not driver friendly. Can't see the numbers on the bottom of the log area, don't even know why they are there. Have to use paper logs every day, and not mention waisting my valuable time trying to fix it. Who do i send my bill to for my time, they want their money, well
App is functioning very slow and crashes and freeze occasionally.
Crashes CONSTANTLY...MALFUNCTIONS NON STOP...BURNS YOUR PHONES BATTERY UP..car charger can barely keep my phone charged thru the day...you have to force stop in application settings for it to even close at the end of your shift...wont even log out...stops tracking your driving status when ever it feels like it..DVIRS NIGHTMARE..pretty much the worst app iv ever seen designed...sucks my company forces us to use it...HORRIBLE APP!!! If i could give it minus stars it would get NEGATIVE 100 stars
Buggy. The app is absolutely full of errors. Records wrong location, switches duty status do driving in the middle of a break. Keep trucking is a far superior product.
Getting to complicated, I don't like the update.
Sometimes disconnect itself on all three of my units and sometimes shows the truck or drive negative miles for the day. This is a inspection nightmare. FMCSA really should disqualify this as an approved eld system.
When an active driver goes off duty for break then starts driving after break vistracks automatically kicks co-driver onto drive line instead of putting the active driver back on drive. This is a big problem
It has to many flaws. It connects then unconnect itself. Always need a update when it updates it takes forever
We are a team and since your update we can't get the app or run logs and I've called and I've sent several emails Nooooooo one responds. It sucked before now it really sucks.
Only works part time. Always shuts down on me and I have to call help center to get rebooted. Not cool when I am driving

Lots of problems and it deactivated my unit. It's a very poor system to be used in this industry
Junk. Never loads. Issues connecting to truck. Can't understand customer service.

Can't even add up new trailer to my trailer list !! Call this guy over 20times and no respond!!! Good way of making money !! Poor services poor app functioning!!
Everytime I start my trip I have to uninstall this app then reinstall this app to get it to work properly
Gotta watch it closely it can take you off duty or out of sleeper and put you on drive line. Admin just says driver error but not the fact.
Fix these issues please. Not good for drivers, not good for companies and won't be any good for you guys either if you don't fix these problems
Needs updated constantly GPS works when it wants to. Junk
I always have to uninstall then reinstall tbe app and customer service is no help.
Only shows a login page, but no way to sign up for the damn thing
Won't stay connected to the truck for more than 5 minutes and it doesn't know my location, even though i've checked my location settings multiple times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Edit: 2/7/2020: The app works a lot better now with less issues. It still has its moments where it will not sync with full cell service and it doesn't know your location or doesn't have one at all, but for the most part if you do everything to connect in the right order it works fine.
