The app never works! Our HK can not update the room status, the app will close when using, can not access the forecast - the app closes, the HK assignments do not match correctly and if you update a room status it does not show in the FD system.
As an Executive Housekeeper I need to have more options than just status change. Big issue is when I change status the room number disappears and I cannot view or especially undo it. Being able to create a work order would also be very useful
It works . Just hit the arrow back and you could navigate from the screen. It is very helpful. It is good enough for quick update, etc... I use it all the time . I like it
This app is not working again. Please fix it now. Thank you for working on it as its important for our business. Please make it a priority. This app works. It Does not remember user details even if we choose to save the settings.
It would be really helpful if we could see which rooms are occupied and by whom. This is useless if there's power outages, or if individual guests need certain accommodations.
I'm not able to do anything with this app. I'm able to look at arrivals, in house, rooms that are not Clean&Inspected and maintainance reports but that's it. I cannot enter anything at all.
It would be nice to be able to see things like on desktop.and be able to change a room to dirty and it's closing on its own
Its nice to be able to see everything on my phone, but the app glitches a lot and I just installed it. 😕
Will not open. Click on the icon and it immediately closes. Has been this way for quite a while.
Mobile app really very limited in features. It not that usefull.
Amazed!! They are pushing all hoteliers to go on cloud when their cloud POS and this app sucks!! Wish my frachisor had better options

It's an ok app.
App does not function correctly. It used to only provide live read me information (cannot edit anything). For the past two months every time I try to login, it says VM cannot complete my request. Was a really great idea and very useful, even if just a status update tool for the hotel. It's a shame it was never developed further.
App closes immediately upon opening. Tried fresh install and same error. Edit: Uninstalled and reinstalled after reply from developer, and I dont think I got the desired result. App still gives error immediately after opening. 11/11/19: Retried the app after seeing a notice in VM on 17 Sept about a new version being released "soon", even though the app page has not shown an update since 2018. If there is an update, it is just as effective as the last update... Still not working.
