Was great that the tech could visually see my device. Had trouble getting the sound to go to speaker phone. Ultimately used bluetooth ear buds so I could hear the tech and show the tech at the same time.
Excellent app used by EE to check my router set up saves explanation over the phone support agent could verify a fault or settings if needed or if there was one excellent choice by the best ISP and phone network in the country THAT IS TRUE EE infrastructure is covered by most of the country and mvnos actually use it to so EE dont lie saying they are the biggest and best
Horrible app, it will freeze, at each small drop of signal it will close. Any video call app will work but not this one.
Summer was a great customer service rep. Using the video, she gave me clear instructions that i was able follow and every thing worked out.

Really neat concept and application. As the one being supported it made working through the issue and resolving it simpler. Kudos to companies that use it. There are probably less stressed support techs also.

This app was used by my ISP EE to remote support me, it worked flawlessly, well done.
Can't be opened won't work nor show on my apps anymore
Installs but isn't shown on my apps list and as such can't be opened.

This app offers a lot of connection options compare to others. Just like all of the app out there, It will work great if you have good cell signal. If there's no good cell signal, then I am being unrealistic to expect any app to run properly.
