pretty easy to use once you set up an account with your bank info through the TSYS site. the card swiper sold separately works fine with all the major cards (visa, discover, etc). app has a lot more advanced features that i haven't explored yet.
Terrible. after using it for 3 days, the app goes to a black screen, we would have to restart the tablet, Came home and found out that it double and triple charged customers, but did not show it on our reports. Technical support is in Belfast and THEY didn't even know how to help us. WE ARE DONE with Vital before they ruin our company's reputation!
Pretty straight forward, however one major downfall is that there is no option for gratuity/tips. For those of us in the service industry this means a definite loss of money. Would be great if they could add a tip option.
My first use of this was lacking experience. The update alert is Not intuitive. Difficult to switch mobile devices. The foreign support is tricky. It works for now
Logs me out and can not login without deleting the app and reinstalling. Called tech support at least 5 times about it and wait on the phone for 10-25 minutes with a customer in front of me. They say there is nothing they can do, reinstall the app. Total garbage app.
Absolutely garbage. I have to uninstall app then reinstall app to get my card reader to sync with my phone. What a waste if time.
Garbage. Find a different card processing service. App will not work. Can not add items. Can not add sales tax. Tech support only speak broken English. Total garbage.
it does not show the full report, it is showing individual transactions but not showing the full sales of the day. please enable the report function!
Sucks if you don't use an iPhone nothing but problems with Motorola phone their suggested fix was purchasing a different phone. Thanks for the help tech support
Easy to install the application and connect the card reader. App is user friendly and it looks great!
They charge you to much for monthly fees and a percentage at the swipe that is to much all together. Their a rip.
Works flawlessly for the last 9 months for my medical practice. It's helping me keep my cash flow through the pandemic.
Did have an issue with the management, close register. 😳 But it seems to be fixed now.
They should not need permission to view photos or record audio. Forget that.
Can NOT get the reader to connect, also no ability to add tips it's a P.O.S.
It seems i alwYs have to chane password or it doesn't finish downloading when it needs to update.

terrible always logging me out. batches me out constantly, so i cant see my report, and after spending an hour with tech support they asked me to buy another reader

Not very intuitive. Takes some practice to get used to. No option to add tips which flies in the face of the purpose of the app. After a couple of weeks, card swiper wouldn't connect then password expired for unexplained reasons and after sending a few emails to get a new password, I've gotten no response. Have lost some business as a result.
