Rating one star because there is no time limit stated on the receipts or app, yet I get "receipt is too old to scan" if I don't use it same day. That's ridiculous!! Even the people working in the shop told me I could save my receipts and scan them later, as I initially needed to clear some space on my phone to install the app. I'm extremely disappointed.
This review is for the App and not the store. The Vitaliy Bowl acai is delicious. The app, on the other had is poorly designed not user friendly and buggy. For example, if you want to redeem the cash you have earned, there is no way to do so when you pay online. Worse yet, the app won't tell you that when you press "redeem" so you just lose your cash. Placing an order experience is aquward too. Using back button kicks you out of the purchase funnel altogether instead of taking you one step back.
Trash. 45 minutes before close and won't let you place an order. I know who designed this app: a herd of slack-jawed idiots. Counter-intuitive construct that needs anger management classes after use. Also, if you press the back button on phone when ordering, you're launched back to the entire map of continental US and have to find the store all over again. Did I mention idiots?
This app can be good. My big problem is that it does not always take my credit card. I did save it to the app but when I place my order, it does not give me the option to use the saved card. Then I have to input the credit card info to make payment. Then sometimes it accepts it and other times it does not. Sometimes I get so frustrated I just cancel my order.
Can you please fix your online ordering system? For months now, I've not been able to place an order while paying with my credit card at the same time, it always has an error. In the past I would select "pay in-store" to bypass this issue. Now the pay in store option is gone, meaning I cant submit any order online.
App does not keep up to date with security. Facebook and Google authentication is disabled by those services so you can't check out through the app - pretty essential functionality IMO. Use the web version instead and skip the app.
Was able to order before earning a reward. Once I earned a reward couldn't order with a device tampering error. No phone or major software change. Reinstalling does nothing. Guess I won't order again - scam.
Tried ordering food through the app and it was such a terrible experience I went to the grocery store next door. Id rather risk getting covid then fumble with this app.
mostly good. have issues with 2 things. sometimes messes dates upbwhen doing pre-order and cant cancel order on-line
The food and smoothies are delicious. The food is made to your order. The staff is awsome. They have a reward program.
Still get items you ask be left off due to allergies if you use the app. Never again. Will only call as order not right otherwise!!
Finally! A business that cares about the health of the customer as much as staying in business. Quality food at a price that's reasonable for both, the employees know what's up with food additives, and they've got a good kid's menu.
Quick & easy order app. I don't have to wait in line & I can redeem my coupons.
What happened to this app? I can't do anything except redeem offers I dont want. Ordering is gone,and not ordering ahead means a 20 to 30 min wait in store, even if no one is there...
I can't add my gift card for some reason. Keeps giving me invalid error. Please fix, then 5 stars easy
Horrible experience with this Chain! They don't award points across their franchises but rather expect the customer to have the App. what if the customer didn't go to the store with his / her mobile?
All the specials I was notified about from the app the store couldn't apply? No point in having it take up space

Needlessly confusing on how to redeem your points. You only have an hour to do so once you say redeem, but ordering with the app and paying ahead with a credit card won't let you redeem the points, it charges you the full price. Says you have to show the code to cashier, so instead of in and out, need to pay, get a refund, then go? Enough headaches with this app, uninstall and unfortunately I just don't order from here anymore. Used to once a week.
