Vitality One

"Vitality One" must mean this is their one-star option for their app. Tasks are incredibly difficult, or just basically set you up to spend money on other apps in the hopes that you will *someday* earn that $25 gift card...but you need 2500pts and they only give you 25 points at a time. Honestly, this app sucks. Very frustrating, and I find myself being like "what's the incentive for putting in all this work?". One star for vitality "one".

Previous corporate app had better incentives and easier to track. This borders on creepy with the data they want. Also, app constantly fails when trying to earn a reward by uploading "proof"

Compared the the app that it replaced it's horrible. Lack of functionality. No longer able to track gym time. The weekly goals are dumb and of no incentive whatsoever. What was incentivizing from the last app was it actually seeing you at the gym via gps and giving credit. Now I have to buy a stupid watch for it to sense me bouncing along taking steps. Google fit instead? not where I live in winter. The revitalized vitality program sucks.

Garbage app. Employer benefit so installed. Let me set a password, try to log in with the same password and it won't take it. This has happened numerous times, requested assistance from developers and they say for security they cannot help with password. I KNOW my password the app just won't take it. Argh stuck in a loop. I'm done! Not worth it!

Unable to track daily steps. Shows zero for every day since I started in January. It now almost June

This app is so dysfunctional I'd give it -1 stars. I'm required to use this by my employer to get an insurance discount but the app frequently fails to track and record activities. So frustrating. Servers are frequently down (or at least it says it can't connect). Says it can take up to 24 hours to record steps but the other apps do it almost instantly. Even then it often misses days or activities. Customer Service just says uninstall and reinstall the app. Don't recommend at all.

Have to call CS and have a ticket escalated just to sign in. It would be nice to have a screen that would show you what its pulled for other apps. When the app doesn't seem to be reporting the right numbers or nothing at all hard to have any faith in the app. But don't worry every escalation ticket "is being reviewed" and your problem will be addressed in "next months release"

Constant Issues! Earn spins, $5 cards on wheel and it says "spin plus extras" for activities. the spins never show up to be used, $5 cards disappear from wheel, and when you Win a $5 card to redeem it gives me a code from the previously won card so I cant use it. Also removes card from the wheel and still doesnt give me the $5 .. Customer Service does nothing to fix issues even with screenshots. If I didnt have to have this app for work I would delete it

You have to get over 10000 steps for 7 days. Then when you finally make it and get to spin you get 25 points. Big deal. Should have different she wheels for different levels so everyone can play. Then I had to remove my fitbit to do an activity so I logged my time on my account but this app never recognize it so I didn't make my 7 days. Doesn't motivate you at all.

This app sucks, can't afford a fit bit so its completely useless and points are completely random so what's the point in trying when an automated computer system can just give you the lowest points possible

Great motivational options to take easy steps toward health. Would be nice to have additional fitness device options (cannot draw data from Fitbit and other common apps).

Truly disappointing. Rewards are random, not based on accomplishment. Not at all like the previous app and program.

This app does not work with Samsung watch and they don't care. I'll have to buy a Garmin or Google watch to link to the software.

Terrible app. IT has asked me to uninstall and reinstall 5 different times. Guess they think if I keep trying all their problems will go away.

Waste of time. I keep completing taskes but never get reward spins. Been working with service team but no resolution.

The app never retains the logon or password, resulting in constant password resets. Update 2/7/2022 issue still remains

If I could give this -5 stars I would it's horrible, it never syncs my steps the last program we had was much better!!!!!!!

Red screen of death. Need app to get points so I can save money on insurance. Less than 1 star. Less than negative 5 stars.

Doesn't work just a red screen. Uninstalled & reinstalled& restarted my phone & nothing more than a red screen.

Can't check into my gym any more. Have to rely on Google fit to track steps. Just watered down since the last app

I like that it syncs with Google fit and move on application to participate in work incentives

How is it that this app is worse than the original? Will not take my password that works on my PC and phone.

Get to the login screen but get an unexpected error when trying to login

Really does help to achieve goals and be more conscious of them!

Doesn't count steps unless fitness tracker on even though phone counted my steps.

Does not sync directly with Samsung Health

This app doesn't work properly. I need it for work though.
