Hey viusasa. I think there is a problem with the latest update. The playback of some shows (eg. Kundali bhagya), is jumpy, like,not smooth. Also the app is using alot of data per show, almost 3 times the previous version used. Please work on that.

It is a great app, however, you still need to make more improvements, the app is not stable yet. Again, the app only starts if you have an active internet connection, meaning that you can never watch a single video if you're completely offline. This surely contradicts the purpose of "downloading for offline viewing." With Google's YouTube Go for instance, you can go straight to the app and watch the videos you downloaded for offline viewing, while viusasa requires an initial internet connection

Useless just a waste of time and resources it takes days to approve payments,sluggish and keeps on hanging while watching customer care service takes forever

No need of having this App Waste of time even after updating doesn't work,

The videos keep hanging n the screen getting smaller. The sound isn't even matching the videos. It's irritating

This app has become a way of coning people, I have paid 60/= but since there was no money in mpesa account, lt came in form of fuliza . But still demanding I pay, I have paid the fuliza but still it's demanding 60/= bob more, surely this is a coning venture!!!!!!!

The app is wreck‼️ I just payed for a weekly subscription for videos and non of them is opening. Switching to the latest best alternative ASAP.

Very disappointed that the video area just hangs and can only view from a small area ..I think one eigth of a screen

I searched for the soap opera I like, followed the prompts and paid subscription, then I was ready to watch it. ONLY FOR THE SERIES TO PLAY IN KIKUYU! I set my language as English and I don't remember paying for a language I don't UNDERSTAND. I can't begin to describe my disappointment. Please fix this before my subscription expires or give my money back, thanks.

This app is not economical,videos that do not have a free pass require both subscription and an active internet connection. Most of the users use Data Plans which cost money,remove one thing at least subscription only or Data only. Having both features active is not good please remove one thing. As for the "Data Passes", they can't even open the app,you need a real internet connection to open the app. Please be reasonable. Not worth 5 stars,about 2 or 1 star(s).

Upgrade streaming experience This is the most useless streaming app I have ever had! I came to download after uninstalling sometimes back after experiencing thorough hanging.... Going by the recent reviews I can't waste my data on it again. I missed some of your videos. But I am not ready for disappointments.... What is hard to make it smooth? U can give me the job. I will fix it for charity.

Take care before making purchases.I made a weekly subscription only to be shocked a day after.My Ksh. 60 weekly subscription was no more and I couldn't watch anything.Upon looking into the subscription packages I realized everything was different from what it displayed before.New package charges of videos and music separately and if combined it's worse than a single music package.They don't pick up calls.I made more than three attempts reaching them but ...no response! Choose whether to loose or loose your money.

Your latest update affected my experience, I'm not able to cast a Viusasa video to a TV screen through Chrome Cast, only the audio is working. I was casting successfully before you messed with the update, please fix or restore to the the previous version. Thanks in advance.

Hi, so I'm there, watching this story, "She Got Game", and all of a sudden the app crashes and voila, I'm logged out. I open again and the content is gone. I've tried the search bar but it's not anywhere in the system. Kindly advise cos I'm a newbie and if this is the case I may never come back to use this app.

Hi Viusasa,i've been a subscriber for quite a while now but I would kindly like to ask for a bit of change/update in your contents,with a mothly sucription and everything is moree or less the same especially your playlists and music videos. Another issue am yet to figure out is why am not able to access/watch Maria when using my pc,but the same is available on my mobile device yet you claim you can watch on any device.All other soaps are available apart from Maria!! Otherwise appreciate the work your doing,but try and up your game to keep up with other similar competitors.

I like the app and the content. Since am a frequent traveller i usually watch kenyan content. One thing i miss in the app is the possibility to cast the content to a bigger screen for comfortable viewing. E.g the use of chromecast..

I have no experience about this app because it's my first time to use it,but I think this app useful to me according to the videos and music that it contains.Through the advertisement from the social media e.g love ke radio and television it's good,also enables one to watch funny movies and what happens.

This app is just plain useless despite all the viusasa hype. Two weeks ago, I could not view episodes on Maria. I talked to Customer Care. They said they would resolve the issue. I renewed my subscription yesterday. I could not view anything! I updated....and was taken to season 18! Who needs this aggravation? I can not wish this app on my worst enemy. I am uninstalling.

Awful. Can't sign up properly. Can't sign in with identical password I used when signing up. When I try to change password, whenever I go to message app to copy the code, the Viusasa app leads me back to home!!! So I tried again twice, everytime I couldn't read the code and write it on the platform in order to change the password!!. It doesn't deserve even a star, If I could, I would have given this app -5 ( negative Five stars) for several minutes of my life wasted that I can never get back

App can't play videos even on a strong connected WiFi, keeps on loading. I never had any issue with the old version but this one it is just dissapoiiiiiiiiinting, do somethiiiiiiiing pleeeeeese. I wanna watch my favourite show

I wholly believe this 4.0 rating is a cooked figure. This is the worst of all apps . It's a place to collect money .it's pure business with no interest with whatsoever interest for it's customers . I mean ...... I have bundles and can't watch anything so long as I haven't given them money . YouTube is more than a billion times better than this app. I've tried to be patient with the app in the name of supporting local content ...... but I just can't.

This app is slightly good because one can't download videos and elimu section lacks subjects like english,business studies and cre for form 2

I enjoy this app quite well but sometimes there is delay in posting my favourite programme 'Laws of love'. It helps since most of the time i'm working and i enjoy the programme in advance. The other major problem is that it is not possible to pay with my visa which would be is more convinient for most of us who cannot access safaricom network. I hope you improve on that please. At first it was working fine. But for the past five days I'm unable to view new episodes. Sometimes they're there, then it's like they dissapear. Update. There was actually an update that they had done and I was clicking on the old instead of the new. All's well now.

This app isn't bad, it's just that everytime I enter my info. it tells me the verification code is sent to my phone number, except they haven't sent it. I try to click resend and it says it's resent, but it's not.

This app just opens. Its very useless for students looking for specific topics in various subjects. searching for some type of music genres is not easy as only local music is listed and few others.so I'll give it one star and not advice anyone to download it
