If i could give this company a zero i woukd do it This is the second time i make a reservation and and the second time they changed my flight date and time. The issue is those two time, just like everyone else, i work and have permission from work the dates y choose to fly. The only explanation they have is a certificate, which i didn't use to pay. I have flown with volaris and that company has never canceled or changed any flight on me. This is the secon and last time i buy tickets with viva ae
This is by far the worst f....ing application I have used so far. More than an hour trying to checkin with no success. That makes me wonder: if they are so bad to design a simple application , are they good enough well trained to keep us passengers safe up at 35000 feet. Block the option to give you seats from the app and don't let you do check in online, they're trying push you to buy the seats. Otherwise you have to go to super full check in counters and if you don't make it you'll miss your flight 😠 a lot of stress from them.
Easy to navigate although repeatedly provides the same information from different menus... Does not include flight status which makes this app usefully only to book and check-in... Will go to 5stars should they add that feature
Doesn't save your flight, slow to navigate through and it always take you to their website to show flight availability instead of the actual app which seems useless to have the app.
The app it self is not very well designed and informative as you add some stuff when you purchase the viva ligth or the smart it does not specify what you are getting for what you are paying after I choose the smart I figured I can choose my own seat with not extra fee well I was wrong at the end the fee was applied $179.00 MXN Increase your hand baggage 🧳 it does not tell you what the cost is until you are to check out. The other one that somehow I choose was a Baggage planner for $1229.00
Can't check-in online unless you buy a seat. Free seats aren't assigned until 2 hours before takeoff when you risk missing the flight.
Worse airline They actually weigh in your carry on items and charge a fee for carry sadly many people end up leaving their items behind if you cannot pay up $25 per carry on before boarding If you're a dude good luck with this airline if you need to use the bathroom they have dumb rule one cabin is for women only no dudes allowed that's lame so if you're a dude you have to hold it especially if there's a long line very bad practice it is why I never using or booking with then ever again
This app is garbage. Won't accept your username and password. Won't let you search for your flight information when you use it as a guest without signing in. It is junk.
Most useless app ever, only 'good' for looking at flights but not able to see my flights since it throws an error. Rather use their webpage.
The app is garbage, don't even allow to do the booking from it, it send you to a website and even when you have the confirmation of the booking on your email, still not showing it on the app. This is dumb af
I don't know what's worse the website or this app because on both you can't finalize your choices and there's an error and loading so you can't even purchase a flight
Does not let finish the process of purchasing the ticket on líne, it always sends a message saying something went wrong on the app and to try again or call vivaaerobus.
Worst airline . The service is really bad . You are not able to pay cash. That cancel and change time of flights and no email or text . Do not recommend their service.
I don't recommend anyone to fly with them, they're just a bunch of thieves, they stole a cell phone, a 4K camera and lots of accessories! SHAME ON YOU VIVAAEROBUS 🤬!! La peor aerolínea de México, robaron artículos de mi maleta, son unos DELINCUENTES! NO RECOMIENDO QUE VUELEN CON ELLOS 😡🤬!!
It doesn't save my flights. I have to constantly go back to my confirmation email in order to ger my confirmation codes in order to look up my flights.
The app got stuck several times. No good information. Just as poor as the airline itself. Stay away.
Worst airline ever. Wouldn't fetch my ticket and I lost the flight. Of course the attendants were zero help too. I want to see this company go under.

The update is broken. Now it locks up when i chose a flight and i can't proceed beyond that point.

It doesn't work. First, it doesn't save your login credentials. I had to re-enter my user and password everytime I opened the app. Then my flights would disappear for no reason and without a clear pattern. Some times they would disappear after some time and others just after adding them. All in all, the app is useless unfortunately. You are better off using the mobile website.
