Always extra charges on the bill without any valid reason and Always less data then I am paying for. Most of the time i am using WIFI not STC data but so surprisingly, my data is ending just after payment of the bill. So strange, isn't it? If calling the so called "costumer service " the excuses are huge and never giving a proper answer on what you asking. Soon I will change the line to get rid of this thief telecommunication company. Shame on you STC, you are loosing loyal and old costumers.

I often find extra charges in my bill out of no were "serices I asked for through an ad they say" ripoff!!! Takes time to find a customer representative to speak to, and if you do speak to them, they usually not trained or well-informed and lack experience!!! I'm not calling to train you 😒

This app is telling me my account is disabled even when it is active I called and checked they say everything is fine. I can't manage payments or addons with this app. Please fix!

I am a client of stc from the day it was established as viva but unfortunately as the time passed they started gaining customers and decreased the services and now a days the service i mean any kind of stc service (customer care service , internet service ,home broadband sevice etc. ) is very very poor to b honest and thats the reason i ported out from stc to another network. I live in askar and the signal strength is garbage no improved network coverage is provided in this area.

Very worst experience with stc sim internet speed. So much time complaint customer care. But the problem was not resolved.

I tried to register my new number many times but unable to do so. After typing password one time nothing comes up, not able to register.

You call them and they direct you to the app which is sluggish and useless in many ways! Really a shame for a leading telecom company such as STC!! Makes you think twice before choosing their service the next time.

This is worse app and worse service by stc The update is loading since two days which is reduculous. Where else I can do other things normal but this app updating can never load.

these day updates have too much problem and if they gave discount it will never give you automatically but you have to wait there call or in chat so now it's dash dash

Simple, easy to use and has what all an telecom app shall have.

This is without a doubt the worst communication company app in whole of Bahrain , it doesn't work most of the time and when it finally works it's riddled with bugs and inconveniences , absolutely terrible to use and navigate as you can be stuck for hours doing something that could otherwise be done in seconds . Disappointing to say the least

Doesn't work with Huawei phone p40 pro there's any chance to fix it And there is upgrade for the application we cannot upgrade the application and use it can we find it Huawei store I hope

Regreted choosing STC service!! Really disappointing for a major telecom company. I Highly do not advice it..!

Ever since the last update I've been facing issues. It would just log out my account on its own and it's very annoying to enter the details all over again several times to log in. Moreover the page won't load or show my info eg- how much data or minutes left. This is really annoying. Kindly take a look into this. Thank you

Agreeing with everyone else's review. App does not work. Stays on the the first page and does not allow you to move, zoom out or do anything at all. The only thing you can do is click on the terms and agreement link. This is really bad. Considering they just switched to this company from Viva!

I had very bad ☹️ experience with stc in last two days...on April 3rd 2020 night i checked my data balance and it was around 6 gb 500 mb, then i woke up in the morning April 4th i checked my data and it was very shocking 😲. My data balance was only 500 mb... almost 6 gb i lost without any usage..And then i tried to contact with the customer service I'm not able to make it..i tried on what's app , online service and i called too...they are all giving 124 number and it's not connecting at all..

Extremely pathetic customer service experience. As soon as my contract over, I will move to some other Telecom Service.

I really fed up with this app because always showing my outstanding bills pending for 2 months even though I paid the bill before the limit date. Several time I called the customer service they used to tell me the same response app might be slow to update the details, but in system shows no outstanding then how can I rely on this app, I don't understand how such a popular network provide poor service to customers. Need to improve the app and customer service.

Can your update your app alot of bugs and alot slow and keep getting disconnected from internet. If company like stc has very poor app then what to expect from others. Hire some competent app developer or IT expert who can make app customer friendly. I do my all payments online now I can't because app is useless snd can do add ons or anything

They are fooling the customers for the word UNLIMITED DATA. NO LIMIT. If u want to maintain the speed of your net you need to use your data accordingly. The meaning of Unlimited is ur connection will not be disconnected but instead it will be downgraded to very low speed. So still theres a limit in using your data if u want to maintain the speed of net. Thank you STC.

As of now its not working and keeps crashing everytime i open it.

totally useless app i can not able to see or download my postpaid bill ever since i downloaded it.
