So, you happily accept incoming funds thru a credit card, yet you won't allow spending on some purchase without providing a reason. Simply unacceptable. So frustrating, I would uninstall the thing had I not credited 80€ already
The application needs lots of enhancements, I can't register, I click on continue with gov.gr and nothing happens, and I can't make a purchase without registration 🙂
No obvious ability to search for an event based on the name and unable to view tickets that have been already purchased.
The services are not satisfactory.Don't risk your money,You can find better financial institutions which serve better,please stay,it is not customer oriented services.. They can't well..their services are troubled..alienating...Globally high cost money application which is noncustomer oriented..
in the app there is no possibility to choose seats, but only automatic selection
Doesn't work. Couldn't buy my tickets if I didn't had an account and was not set an account due to a faulty app... Needs allot more work till it can be functional

Can not create account without European cell phone number.

Won't let me reset my password. Useless. Can't login. Can't delete my account and credit card details as it won't let me reset password. Massively floored app. Can't buy tickets. Sort it out guys

It's not good , I top up my Mobil number and they take money and not transfer credit , they are thieves

Πρέπει να βάλετε ένα section "my tickets" που να έχει όλα τα εισιτήρια που έχω αγοράσει ακόμα και από το pc και να τα συνδέει αυτόματα. Επίσης θα ήταν ωραίο feature να κάνουμε save ή favorite τις συναυλίες φεστιβάλ για να ξέρουμε τι μπορεί να μας ενδιαφέρει να αγοράσουμε αργότερα.
It is 2 weeks that application is not working. Can not even open it.

I'm from Greece where we have capital controls. Which means that I am not able to buy from other countries. But with Viva wallet card that restriction is no longer a problem! Very simple UI, easy to get used with it, details about every movement. And, most important, globally accepted! Thank you!
Θα πρέπει να υποστηρίζει και τις διάφορες προσφορές με εκπτωτικά κουπόνια και κωδικούς π.χ. Στα Village cinemas η προσφορά με το deals for you της cosmote δεν μπορεί να συνδυαστεί με κράτηση εισιτήριων από το wallet διότι το app δεν έχει πουθενά την πλατφόρμα εισαγωγής του κωδικού για την έκπτωση

Διορθωνω το σχόλιο μου. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει σύνδεση με τον λογαριασμό μου ώστε να μπορώ να δω εισιτήρια που αγόρασα από τον υπολογιστή μου. Εφόσον υπάρχει ένας λογαριασμός δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί δεν ν συνδέεται εκεί. Στα purchased items του feed δεν έχω κανένα αντικείμενο άρα συμπεραίνω ότι εκεί εμφανίζονται μόνο τα αγορασμένα από το κινητό.

Τα εισητήρια για τις συναυλίες οταν πλησιαζει η μέρα που event είτε πηγαινουν από το purchases στο History ειτε ...εξαφανίζονται! Εχω φάει 2 φρίκες μέχρι τώρα εξω από τη συναυλία του Thrurston Moore και των Toy να ψάχνω τα email η να παίρνω στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Το σωστό είναι: Το εισητήριο να μένει στο purchased items είτε μέχρι να τo "χτυπήσει" το scanner είτε να ακυρώνεται μόλις αλλάζει η ημερομηνία. Διαφορετικά δεν έχει νόημα η χρήση της εφαρμογής.
Κρασαρει συνέχεια. Χρησιμοποιώ Note 3 , Εκτός απο την παρακολούθηση του περιεχομένου , που είναι λειτουργική, οποιαδήποτε προσπάθεια εκτέλεσης αγοράς αποτυγχάνει με την εφαρμογή να κρασάρει συνεχώς!

1."Near me" search filter is not working at least for Music and Festival event types. 2. I can't delete a saved card that expired. 3. City name in the search box is not supported.
