A big zero. When you are user, even you have enable all features from account owner, you can do Nothing with this app. You must use browser instead app. Terrible.

The app doesn't have a lot of choices, both aesthetic and functional, which isn't always negative. However, it is lacking a very crucial feature, which is to be able to pay wirelessly through the app itself. You can add the card to google pay but it would be better to have native support. Also every time you login you get an email notification which can become quite annoying. Last but not least, support times were terrible.
quite efficient app, although all the security confirmation messages are quite annoying when you make payments. Maybe there is a better way to authenticate, like using passcode or fingerprint?
Verification takes forever and I cannot use videocall verification because I always encounter problems while attempting to connect with an agent. Thus, I cannot add my details, which you already have, and keep asking for them a thousand times. Terrible verification process. Terrible app. I can't use it at all.
Update: I enjoy the facilities provided by the app. It's easy to use and gives a lot of functionalities.

Needs a lot of features and security notifications to reach other banks' apps. Other than that it has performed without issues to any of the phones I've installed it
Only installed it becaI have to for the fuel pass. The app provides an "easy" link that doesn't work...if that is indicative of the application's performance then I would rather do without it.
Very good card system.....pleased with it.. ...wouldn't change it now.....
Just add spots,there are not enough near thrakomakedones/update: the bank gets bet and better. Looks very promising for the future. Highly recommended
It is good but I don't see why I have to move money from my primary account to my company account to move it to my company bank account.
I downloaded this app to use for the Greek freedopass. Ever since, I receive a "detected login from a new device" push notification and email every two minutes, even though there is not. I check the emails and the public IP reported is the same, every time. Extremely annoying, deleting app.
What a fantastic app to use and manage you money. And a brilliant pos app to take payment without a actual terminal.
Functionality-wise it's alright. What really puts me off though is the UX. It is like the whole app was put together just by developers, without consulting a grapic designer or UX expert. Messy icons, life-less color combinations and prototype-like graphical elements and animations. Classic 2010s Greek ebanking. Wish VivaWallet could do better than this, given that the web experience is much better (not perfect, but better).
Amazing merchant processor. We had a few issues but we worked them out and are now using for our business. With competitive rates and easy to read dashboard. But i have only just got verification sorted took some time but we got that. Great staff on the phone. Good find recommended
verification video call hold takes forever.
Difficult to use and terrible customer service via phone. I downloaded the app in order to use the Freedom Pass and have been facing problems with verification ever since. Every payment I have tried making has been rejected, and it practically renders the 150€ useless for the 2021 summer season. I feel very sorry for anyone who is going through this with me and also feel terrible that the government decided to implement its questionable plans using this service, if we can even call it a service
It is hardly functional. The login took longer than 30 minutes. And it isn't even completely verified. Online services are supposed to be fast and easy. Sadly, this application offers nothing of the sorts.
1)Google Authenticator support would be nice. It's safer than SMS. After my account has been hacked, the support just said "take an old phone specially for VivaWallet and use it for SMS, otherwise we're not responsible for your money". 2)Support was quite slow and I was lucky to reach the agent Friday evening when I got hacked. There is no live support of any kind. 3)It would be very useful to make screenshots of the app (to confirm the payment was made), but there is no option to allow this
I know about the thing with root and bank apps and I don't have rooted my phone. I downloaded the app just to make a transaction (because now you have to install two apps in order to do that) and it says I have root. I have never rooted my phone but I checked to see and as I imagine it is not rooted. Thank you very much but I cannot continue with viva. Even piraeus has caught up with their app.
It takes forever to make it work. Very inconvenient.

Had to use this as the main player PayPal is pulling out of the vaping market very pleased with the service and I'd recommend that you switch to this if offered it. Ive used it several times and it is smooth and easy to use and fast!
Waited for 2 weeks for confirmation email and I still haven't received it. Also they ask for way too many documents just to access what is basically a 150 euro coupon. Also live chat takes literally hours to reply. Useless.

One week later maybe you will be able to create an account... Also it takes too many information from the government page for no reason. Just to collect more data. Sorry Viva, but I won't give you any data at all
besides the "forever" trying to get the "approved" from the just to get my fuel pass .... I found out (a full week after) a "update" that it WILL give me the access to my FUEL PASS. A WEEK AFTER!!! .... unfortunately we don't have other way to validate that voucher.... when this thing is done... so is the app!!!! DEFINITELY!!!!!!!
