Some days it connects. Often times it doesn't. Worked for months with my S7 Edge, then the PC app side patched and now it doesn't work. I've seen this app flop back and forth between functional and broken a few times now. Whatever they keep doing wrong they can't lock it down apparently or can't get it to work with everyone's phones all the time. Great when it does connect though!
It works well for reading your text messages but not much else. Pairing was easy and notifications can be read in VR no problem. 'Quick Replies' are less than ideal. Having the ability to type messages back would be much better. The Viveport GUI seems visually buggy and shows all my sent messages as 'Sending...' Checked my mobile and they had sent through fine.
what a joke. hard time to connect, might not stay connected and have to re pair phone, you have to use the desktop app to connect each and everytime. big error when the call incoming message stays on headset screen forever. a d to top it all off the in app "send feedback" option doesn't work! like what? it bring up the menu as if I'm attaching to an email or text screen. absolutely broken
You can make calls and view text messages but that's pretty much it. Not many features and you have to reconnect the phone manually every time you use the app. There is a auto reconnect feature but it does not work
App is working great here but is rather useless as it is only showing SMS notifications, incoming calls and calendars notifications which I personally never use at all. WhatsApp, emails or simply every notifications displaying on the phone would be more useful IMO.
Really funky app. You need to pair every time you use your vive (no autoconnect feature), and when im getting notifications eg. phone calls i can see them, but cant anfer phone calls. When i press on green "answer call" nothing happens.
Not functional. Doesn't detect phone even when my PC connects to my phone. So no progress on this at all.
I want this to work .. I have moto razr 2020.. same problem as others my computer connects fine but vive does not please fix this it's a great idea. I will give 5 stars when it works.
Had my phone connected but then I guess it wasn't liking it. Never got it to connect again yet my PC can connect to it and ANY OTHER BLUETOOTH DEVICE IN THE WORLD but not this app
i downloaded it to sync my phone and it doesn't work. The troubleshooting tips are shamefully unhelpful.
Connects to phone but that is all. I can not see any notification, call, message or anything in my VR headset.
It worked for two days after that it stoped I try reinstalling the app but refused to work .the glasses is a waste of money
This is not meant for the Vive Focus 3 app... Use this one for the Vive Flow
Used to work great, but now just crashes when you try to open it.. completely unusable.
Where to start HTC! The Vive back-end must be a mess of cables! Must have taken me a month to set up Vive Flow with endless HTC, Viveport, valve, vive, accounts and broken links everywhere!
The Desktop app setting's Phone setup is grayed out with VIVE Cosmos. nothing I can do.
Very buggy software, doesn't work most of time
Not everyone has Bluetooth built in to their desktops.

Using the app with the Vive Flow. Terrible experience - it is very cumbersome to use your phone as a VR controller. Basic features in the Vive Flow as well. Not a happy customer.
