This app must have been designed by a recent college graduate. It is incredibly unwieldy and irritating to use. The menu tries to be modern but miserably fails, instead it is just inconvenient.

same problem with this app as their other app. will not let me log in. keeps saying password is incorrect, however password and user name both work on their website. their apps are garbage. dont bother. total waste of time.

be careful if your points say pending. it means that you are missing something. it would be nice to get an alert or email that something is needed to be completed. I just wasted a lot of time and got no benefit. Thanks Viverae

Went on the app tonight to do my weekly updates. Discovered that it completely wiped everything I've been working on the last 4 months out except for my biometrics and personal info. Then logged out, and now I can't log in, because they're telling me that my password is incorrect. Fast forward to trying to reset password... There's nowhere to press enter after you finally make it to your year of birth on the stupid calendar that you can't even type in your birthdate. Uggghhhh!! 😠

This app is useless. It constantly crashes, and is incredibly slow to use. Our company uses this for our health incentive, but it's difficult to get anything accomplished on it. The company's website is just as bad.

I can't even get into the app. It opens with a page asking for my information and keeps telling me to enter a valid email. But it is my valid email.

app will randomly not sync data, so good luck qualifying on steps. ive lost months of data.

I cannot log into the app. I enter my information and it tells me that it's wrong. It's not wrong because you send me the info when I click forgot and have it sent to me.

every page sends you to another page and when you get to example "wellness/care" the articles are not there.

How is it possible that the app doesn't sync with Google Fit-based devices? What a joke...

This is an app written by some teenagers. They dont even know how to provide a way to type birthdate.

By far one of the worst apps I have ever used. Dead links, unresponsive, and extremely unfriendly. No instructions what so ever on how to complete the challenges or how to use a diet plan. I hate that the city hired the company and I am being extorted to use them in order to pay lower premiums. Fitness has been a major part of my life for the past 8 years and now I have to tell an app that I drink water. And the worst part is that the app doesn't work.

Can't login after update. Doesn't support use of data from Samsung health app, ie. Step tracker. Manual entry of step data, really in this day and age! Pathetic!!!!

Worst app I've ever used. I have seen better apps built by high schoolers. My work insurance requires me to use this app to track activity, yet it can't track steps. You have to manually sync your steps everyday and it only works 1% or less. I have downloaded EVERY app it says is compatible and can only get it to sometimes work with Microsoft. I must walk 500k steps for a work discount on insurance, which would be easy considering I walk 10k a day, but in 2 months this app has only recorded 14k steps. I have wasted hours trying to get it to work with no success.

This app is the worst I've ever used on android. It errors all the time. You have to manually log activity into challenges, even though the app supposedly is connected to my fitbit (no syncing). This app needs tons of work to prevent people from getting so frustrated that they stop using it...even though my work requires it! Please fix it!

I don't use the app a ton so I don't have much to complain about other than I don't think it would be hard to make the app it's self be able to track my steps so that I don't have to buy something just to track my steps. especially when the compatible app I was using is getting shut down.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I was required to use this service for my health insurance at work and it has been almost impossible to work with. Most of the links do not work or just send you to a blank white page.

Can't even get logged in because it says I haven't agreed to terms but when I click ok the app closes.

It does NOT support Samsung Health/Samsung Gear. Updated to latest version. I feel I am missing a huge chunk of the action with the lack of Samsung support.

I wanted to use this app to help me track my goal I had created on the website. Goals are completely missing on the app. Honestly, the website isn't that great either.

App with potential that falls short. Cannot get it to sync with runkeeper. Worked once and that was it. Lots of companies use Viverae, one would think they would look at their app rating and TRY to do something. I haven't seen many apps with this low of a rating. Pretty sad...
