Downloaded hoping it replaced iLive app. No luck says it's for an older version of android and doesn't sync with the tracker. 0 for 3 at this point on apps I've tried. Thinking of just calling it a loss and buying a whole new tracker by a better company.
Welp, glad I wasted my money on a device that will never work! Just like every other review here, I've come to say that the device won't connect with my phone. Literally every review for years says the same thing, how can it not be fixed yet?! And why are you still selling the watches if this is still a problem?! How dishonest to not be able to find this out until after you've already purchased the device. You can't even use it as a watch without it connecting. What a waste!!
More than a year after many posts about unable to sync, the issue remains the same: We apologize for the delay in resolving the issue. At the current time, it appears the issue with the app has not yet been resolved and our app team is working on in. We expect it to be up in the few more days. Once again we apologize for the delay and we assure you we are working on it.

Bought the vivitar kids fitness tracker for my daughter for Christmas and she cannot use it because the app isn't pairing with it. I've called customer support 3 times and they said an updated version of the app will come out and it should work... STILL WAITING! Buy a FITBIT instead!

"Select a slave device" why does it say that?? That is so off-putting. The app doesn't really work because I can't/wont sync to my heart band.. will be unstalling.

Extremely disappointed... To be honest I didn't much care about the fitness aspect of the watch... The main reason I purchased it was to tell time, I pretty much just cared for it to function as a watch... However, the only way to program it or adjust the time/date etc. is through an app but when I scanned the barcode and tried to look up the app on the play store, etc... it doesn't exist. So, I tried using the apps that did pop up when I searched but it still doesn't work with any of them. ):
