Everything is connected as directed but it doesn't work. It says this version of the app is not compatible with your device, upgrade to the latest version so I click on it and then it says, "you have the latest version".

The camera online connection goes in and out, or I get booted off what I'm doing to something that will have nothing to do with what I was doing. Other than those Tweeks it has some good qualities.

Pure trash. Tried 2 different plugs on two different phones. None of it works. Waste of money. Somebody please start a class-action lawsuit.

Vivitar is garbage. I never review anything but I couldn't help myself. The app crashes more than a drunk on prom night. Save your money and get something else

Need to load subordinate apps before starting. 1 app for camera, 1 app for bulb and smart plug. Works good now.

I've come back to this app at least once a month for 4 months now and it's always got something wrong with it. After an update my bulb finally syncs with the app, but always claims it's offline. Such a headache

Works very well. Just instructions were unclear. You NEED Vivitar Go-Life and Vivitar Smart Home for it to operate appropriately, otherwise it will keep crashing.

Pairs on the first try, no other WiWo app. Did that! Seems barebones but that is an easy fix.
