Since the update I can't access my cameras on my cellphone. I have to use a device with the older software
12Oct2020 iViewer Update Problem. The latest update is screwed up. Why do I have to make 2 additional button presses to view my cameras when starting iViewer since the latest update? Very annoying. Update 23Oct2020: Vivotek support helped out and when I viewed the new 1st page of the tutorial, it showed the ability to add/reorder/remove devices on the default startup FAVORITES page. All is good! Thanks Vivotek!
Last version doesn't let me to set up my server, everything is correct, just the app says "Failed to add device" and "Failed connecting to device" i managed to make it on other smart phones but mine does not work. I have Hw. P20 Pro
@Vivotek, seriously? 7 months to respond? No thanks. Update: May 12 update caused the same issue as the April update. Not happy! ------ Update to our issue: Updated our version of Vast2 as directed by Vivotek. Fixed our iViewer problem. --- Original review: Worked perfectly until the April 13, 2020 update. Then nothing but black screens. Thought it was just my phone until another person in our business who has a different brand of phone had the same issue.
All camera not working since last update
Crashes each time I try to open. Wiped cache, forced stop, and allowed all permissions, but still won't open without crashing immediately
Since last Oct update I cannot update My Favourite list with devices. So I have to select the camera every time I open the app for live view.
Edit: If you experience the issue below. Update Vast/Vast2 to the most recent version per tech support. Works great now. Exact same issue as Shelia P. Worked until April 13th update then nothing but black screen on Android.
Is the App working,? All of a sudden I cannot view cameras on App. The cameras are working on a computer . Not on a mobile phone. Any fixes??
The timeline in the application does not show motion detection, which can be seen in the computer application. :/
Years later still Buggy doesn't work
I am having an issue with the app. I add the cameras and it seems fine until I get out of the app and then go back in and the cameras are all gone again. How can I fix this?
Cannot find my cameras, there's no account to log in and I can't pickup my NVR, very poor setup instructions
Fisheye camera display screen goes black in 1R view and becomes non responsive. Only fix to reinstall on Android 7
Can no longer arrange devices on iOS or Android to select a default server to open when the app is launched.
Works fine when I'm home. But doesn't work on my Android Note 8 when I am away from my house.

Hi After last update,you can't arrange the servers if you have several server in device list.
