VizRemote (TV remote control)
Two remotes (push "Menu"): → Compact remote for smaller phones (Galaxy S-series mini etc) → Full remote for phones/tablets with at least 5" screen.
★ Works with phones and tablets with built-in IR sender with Vizio TVs.
★ You must point your phone’s IR blaster directly at the TV. Usual working range is ~5ft (max ~15ft).
★ NO additional hardware is needed
★ This app does NOT have full screen ads, no push notification ads or any similar annoying pop-up ads.
Common reasons for issues:1. Your phone or tablet does not have IR-blaster or you are not pointing it at your TV or you are out of range (max range 5
- 15 tf).2. With some phones in power saving mode or with almost empty battery the IR blaster might not work or range is 3-5 ft.3. Your Vizio TV model does not have IR receiver or it is paired with Bluetooth (only) remote.

This app is a life saver. Fried my remote by spilling coffee on it, and my TV doesn't have any external buttons so no way to control it. Luckily my phones just hapoens to have an IR blaster. Works great and no annoying ads.
Works well. Even when not directly in front of the IR receiver, unlike most other remote apps. Also, it has a bit further range than most other IR cellular remote apps that I have had experience with.
Perfect! Finally after trying all other Android remotes I found one that worked easily on my older Vizio TV (not smart TV). I installed it and without having to do anything, it worked. Thank you.
some buttons don't work but I can change channels, volume, and navigate settings menus, probably other things as well. Mute button and switching TV inputs don't work for me.
This is the first review I've ever given... I downloaded three other apps which never worked. Immediately upon opening this app, it's worked flawlessly... No pairing required, and I have yet to see a pop up... So let's build this statue for them!!! Who's with me!?!
Bought demo Tv missing remote. App works very well and set up TV and now using without issue...has some extra buttons like 3d not relevant to my but works. Need IR on phone and line of sight to work
Really practical. Doesn't need any complication setup. Once the app downloading was completed, I could see it working for the first key press!
Works pretty well. Sometimes doesn't control somethings, but always able to allow us to change the tv channel 👌
I was very skeptical, I thought, there's no way this will work, it's a scam! But no it works!!! I installed it pointed the phone at the TV and it worked!!! Thank you vizRemote!!!
I like it. My remote died and this was a lifesaver. There's some differences in the inputs but other than that it works fine.
It's great but I can't get it to work on my other phone zte a7 blade prime, it says device isn t compatible with this version Can u add that phone to compatibility list thanks. My vizio tv is a model #DF32-E1
I havent fully used it yet but it seems to work. Only downfall is the exit button selects the number 5 and menu button does nothing. On all settings. But better then most

PERFECT! No full screen ads, has old and new model compatibility. Exactly what I wanted.
Works. Phone does need a ir blaster feature. Mine has it. Search Google if your not sure your phone has it.
Had to use this to control firestick through HDMI CEC. or whatever bc I lost remote , and so this one remote now controls both , I love it thank you
Everything works great except the mute button, but that's okay honestly. Would have given it a 5 otherwise.
Great app for lost or broken remote. Using my old note 3 due to note 8 does not have IR.
good, my remote quit working, was in a bind! this solved the problem in less than a minute!
sometimes it doesn't register. also when trying to type password etc it jumps to something else. uninstalled
Works great on my 2015 Vizio E60. Yes, the cell phone must have IR blaster, too.
I have been a year installed this app worked very good my tv vizio series m but it's can't jump between channels so for me it's good thanks
Works OK there is a little bit of latency between what u press an when the TV starts to do the action ...
The input button doesn't work and all other buttons you have to keep pressing over and over.
Works perfectly!....keep up the same path...stay on that path but upgrade newer features...

So far so good. I just installed this app and went into the settings to set it up for a new TV and it works perfectly so far. I have a Galaxy S6 (I'm too old to jump on newer phones) and it works very well on this phone.
