worst app ...does not open the app..why consumer not use this app,you will upgrade in consumer directly recharge our set of box....my cable operator worst behaviour of consumer on monthly recharge time and too much cost of 100% Gst on cable recharge...
kindly release a customer version of vk digital app.. all other dth operators provide their own app to customers.. So we can recharge through it easily.. now the cable operators charge extra 30rs for every paymet

This app is not used for customers only used for operators...so upgrade the app directly the cutomer used to recharge and refresh the STB id. so upgrade the app.

This app supporting cable TV operator. Not supporting for public or consumers.
very worst service provider. taken the service through cable operator. monthly two days we won't have the connection inspite of making advance payment. cable operator will blame the service provider and they in turn the cable operator. no option of registering our grievance also. please do not go for this even if they give free of cost.
