The application has been developed for SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES Business partners which includes Retailers and Sub-Dealers to enrol themselves for the SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES Scheme 2018-19 and participate in the scheme rewards.
Term & Conditions:
By downloading or using this app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. We are offering you this app to use for your own personal use without cost, but you should be aware that you cannot send it on to anyone else, and you’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES.
1. You will be able to activate the App through the verification code sent by SMS. Until your Mobile number has been verified you will not be registered under the SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES incentive scheme. We can refuse to register you for the Service and refuse to allow you to use and/or restrict your use of the App at any time.
2. We reserve the right to modify these App T&Cs as required during the course of usage. If these App T&Cs are modified, we will post a clear, easily accessible modification notification on the App. If you continue using the App, you will be bound by any or all modifications made to it.
3. The App will only work on compatible Devices and operating systems and certain functionality will only work if your Device is connected to the internet. Some features may also only be available with certain operating systems.
5. The VKC LOYALTY ME app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us so that you can redeem the rewards under the SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES Scheme. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We are not responsible for any acts or deeds that could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and which could lead to the improper functioning of the VKC LOYALTY ME app.
5. You should be aware that there are certain functionalities of the App that SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES will not take responsibility for, such as, the ability to save the reward points, Transfer and Redeem points to claim gift are all subject to the Mobile Host function which will all require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES shall not take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
6. SYLVIA AND JANGJOO GROUP OF COMPANIES shall not take responsibility for the usage of the App. You shall be responsible for the usage of the App and any damage that may be caused to your device.
7. You shall indemnify us (and you shall keep us indemnified) and hold us and our directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless against any claim, loss, expense, liability or damages suffered by us resulting from your breach of these App T&Cs.
8. All disputes are subject to Dubai jurisdiction.

This app is not at all working properly. Each time i tried for creating account it automatically chooses the state as uae. And it is not responding many times.
