Vlog Star for YouTube - free video editor & maker

It's a absolutely perfect video editor and super easy to use. But good luck ever getting it anywhere at all. As soon as I got my video done, it won't export no matter how low of quality I pick. The app just crashes over and over. So I just spent like 3 hours editing a video that probably will not be able to even make it to YouTube. Thanks for wasting my time bruh

I like the editing format but sometimes it doesnt save my work and random white things pop up. It's very laggy to. Please fix this. There are a lot of bugs. I suggest getting something diffrent and better than this. Edit: I had a lot of storage left on my phone. I did not see the error information on the app. My video was about 2 minutes long. And last I dont know what resolution I choose.

It's give or take. They have made it incredibly simple to create seemingly difficult edits and effects, along with compiling content into one video. You can do a whole lot with what they give you to work with. BUT! (and it might just be me) The app crashes/restarts so extremely frequently along with difficulty exporting your completed content. (The restarting of the app is just annoying but most of the time when it starts back up it'll ask if you wanna pick up where you left off) 3 stars.

I personally find this app the best editing app on the store as you can add your own music, and there's lots of music to choose from without membership. One thing that I don't like is that most of the text options are membership only and they are the only good ones. You could've at least left one or two of the good texts to spare. However this is a great app and definitely worth the time to use.

Great app! I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this to add an intro into my YouTube series!! Only 2 reasons for 4 star, is sometimes it just doesn't load, and crashes for at least an hour. Another, is even though it cost money to remove the watermark, (which I don't want to do, I want to give u credit) it would be nice if u could be able to MOVE the water mark around the screen. Just an idea. One last problem, it's annoying how low the seconds limit is, around 19 almost 20 minutes.

i love this app so far! simple to use and so many features! *EDIT: I gave this 5 stars at first but I had to go down to 2 stars. I just paid the $15.99(cad) to get full use of the features. However there are some music glitches and when you are done editing and save your video, the saved version freezes in certain spots...its happened in multiple videos of mine! So disappointing when i go to upload them on YouTube! :(

Overall it's a great Game. My only problem is is that I want to make a music video with my birthday photos. But they don't show when you pick your photos. And yes, my photos are on my phone. Also, when I do a reaction video the video I'm reacting to is super glitchy. If you fix this I'll raise a star. Please fix both of these issues. I completely recommend since there are so many features.

This app is great and it has nice features too.... I would like to state that almost everything is locked and need subscription. Thats not a problem but almost 60% of the features are locked.I request you to please check over it. Next I would like to say that you should add video crop option rather than zooming in or out. One more thing I would like to state that it should have an option to to remove the background sound. Please do check on this to. Rest everything is nice and supportable .

this app is honestly amazing, however there are two changes i'd be happy with. one, allow us to put more pictures than eight when we are making a video. two, make a button that says "apply to all" for duration, because i spent about thirty minutes making each photo 1.5, and it was honestly terrible. if those two changes happen, ill make sure to give this app five stars!

I'm finding this really easy to use! I'll probably be giving the last star pretty soon. It's great how it saves projects. Edit: Terrible app. Crashes all the time. I'm so disappointed. It was working fine and then it was just losing my work and crashing every time I added any music or voiceover clips.

It's a very good app for basic video editing. I've noticed that the free version is limited but even so, it's still a nice tool to use for beginners up to intermediate level users who wants to create awesome videos for their vlogs. Good work devs and congratulations. I hope you add more free version tools in the future. That way, people will be interested in getting the upgrade if they feel comfortable using the app at the beginning.

Yes! But Noooo. I have wasted HOURS attempting to record voice over for my video. Once I get it nearly finished, the screen whites out and asks me if I'd like to continue editing my video. WHAT! Stop eating my voice overs and forcing me to do them again!! I was considering the paid version but with the way this app crashes, after lots of time and effort, paying for it gets a hard no from me. I am uninstalling it.

Vlog Star is an awesome helpful app. It really helps out my channel, and pulls everything together. The only thing is that whenever I want to add text, the only options are title and directer, which is fine, but then I can't delete the text that's there. Other than that it's great! But my solution to that was to take a picture of a black screen and type on that. This app is great, and I do recommend.

This is a really fun editing app, good quality, nice animations you can use to edit, and really nice options. I would give this a 5 star if it wasn't so hard to get your own music in the editing because you have to download the song or sound to Google drive with is too complicated. Hope you make it easier to get sound and music!

I love this app for the most part, but I'm disappointed how after all of my hard work with editing, the video synching is off. My mouth is moving before I say the words. I had the music perfectly timed for certain frames & dialog, but after it is saved, it's no longer synching properly, which causing the music to come in at the wrong time. Fix the synching issue. Also, I wish the PIP option allowed you to insert videos instead of just pictures. Lastly, I would like to see an option to blur video

The sound effects are cool. The video effect too are great. Putting text is not difficult but once you wanted to edit the text, you cannot do it anymore. You have to delete and retype correctly. I hope ot will be corrected. I also don't know how to use the split. I am also expecting I could set time for the transition effects.

Vlogstar I do love your app, this app is totally one of my first choice when it comes in editing my videos. But now I had some trouble using it. Your recent version I can easily adjust the sounds and sound effects I used, and I can easily adjust to the portion of a sound only I want to clip on my video. BUT NOW WITH YOUR LATEST VERSION, I can't literally do it.

Have more effects and no watermark, because it just ruins the video I make. Have clear audio. There's a lot of things that need updating on this app. I wouldn't say it's the best but it's ok. Trust me I've lost so many videos because vlog star. Overall, I would give this app a 4 out of 10 and I've had so much experience with editing apps and this is not the best.

I love this app! Very easy to use! My only complaint is the watermark. I understand that this is removable by purchasing VIP, but I would appreciate if it was removable for free. I get that you guys need people to buy VIP to make money off of this, but surely there are other options that don't lower the videos' quality, like the animations, for example. People would probably pay some money for those.

I love the app. it's easy to use, but it is messing up everytime I try to make another change or add another clip to the video. When I go to upload my clip to the video, it asks me if I'm sure I want to quit or finish working on my video? It starts me over every time. That part is frustrating because I don't want to have to start over. I may have to though.

it is absolute garbage. I made a bunch of videos, saved the, cam back to them about 4 days later to edit further, and appearently "my work file didn't exist" the thumbnail was there, and so was the length of the video on the bottom, but it was just gone. I had 9 videos. 9. all of them, gone. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend. I suggest you use my movie instead if you have an android, but if you have an IPhone, your probably better off with IMovie. shame on you Vlog Star.

Hello, I purchased Premium last week. I was using 720P as output before...this week I switched to 1080P. However, portions of video tend to lose frame rate. Is this a bug? Usually, it occurs when the video size is huge. Say, 1GB or more and the resolution is high. To avoid this, I downsize the video to 720P and it becomes fine. However, I really aim for the 1080P quality. I hope there will be a fix for this. Thank you!

This is a great editing app. I love it so much. My only problem is that there isn't very many songs to choose from. With out an i phone you cant screen record songs. Please add more songs so that me, and other people with same problem can still have a variety of songs to choose from.

Intuitive overall. Easy to use, good collecrion of effects, transitions and audio. Makes video editing as easy as working on a computer. Would definitely recommend this to a friend for its ease of use. Editing on the go as never before. This makes vlogs really easy as we don't always have to carry a laptop to places for editing. The app gives almost every basic control from adjusting the color to filters to posting it directly to social media. Keep up the good work team.

Let me explain the issues for this poor, poor app... the app is great! It helps me with my editing and I can even do a react cam! But every thing's a bit... off. I mean, with the react cam, my voice and movement aren't in sinc. And it's so very annoying. Plus, when you hit a button, it takes a while before the screen changes, and that's also very annoying. But I do very much recommend! But if those issues were fixed, I'd give it 4 or 5 stars.
