For the most part, it does well. I have two issues. I use this on a ten inch tablet with Bluetooth keyboard. First, when entering the time, I should be able to just hit ENTER. As I don't log in real time, I have to manually enter the time. I click the time box and enter the time from the keypad. Instead, I have to click on OK in the time entry window. Second, when I change band, the band should follow the frequency. It does not, you must change both. When I went from 14.235 to 18.135, I ended up with a bunch of contacts listed against 20m. The band should automatically follow frequency change.

Easy to use and has all the info we need. I am going to use this for POTA, my only problem wit it is that I wish the date format could be changed to MM/DD/YYYY, its what I'm used to and it seems like it could be added to the settings. Also, I plan on using this with my Android phone and I noticed that you can click the information button next to the call and then copy the callsign info to the log, it would be good if this was an automatic feature available in the settings. I can understand that some may want it and others may not. I would like it if the information would auto-populate, most of the activations I do have cell service and the name of the operator you are speaking too is a nice feature.

VLS logger is just what I was looking for. I wanted to be able to log portable contacts to DXkeeper. The ability to email the log from my phone and directly import into DXkeeper is very smooth. "Delete all" resets VLS logger after importing and you are ready for your next session. I wish it would default to the callsign input box but that is a minor complaint. A very useable app! Thank you...

Hi, I notice an update now addresses the theme colors, but now, with the tablet version, whenever I enter a log entry I get a duplicate entry for each one. Agree with the previous reviewer. Unfortunately, the menus and header theme colors are either all grey and impossible to read (menu) or the contrast white/yellow is insufficient to dee any detail. Any chance this could be updated?

I used this app on my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G phone for the KY QSO Party. It worked very well and was easy to navigate while using it for the first time. The settings window was hard to see since it's shaded, but all else worked great. Thanks SP7VLS it's just what I needed... de---N0SMX

Nice but will not import or export ADIF files to the SD card so if I can't upload to any of the popular online log programs it's not useful for me. It's nice if you just want an easy way to get the info from QTH. COM about contacts.

Desperately needs a fix for saving adif to SD card because when portable internet connection is seldom reliable for email and cloud etc, if it did what it said it did in that regard it would be almost perfect, what a shame.

I think this is exactly what I was looking for! I do a lot of POTA activations and this app even includes a template for POTA, SOTA and others. Records in UTC which seems to be a problem for other apps I've used. Exports and even sends the adif log. Ill revisit the review after a few field runs with the app.

This is an AMAZING logger. Saves all kinds of useful information like name and QTH that automatically populate the log when you work a station. Also they have a SWL mode which most loggers lack.

Update 11 Apr 2021 - unable to export log as ADIF so I can share the data with my tablet and phone. Error reported by device when trying to write to SD card. New user so I'll update once I've used it a while. About the ads, could I just pay you some money and be rid of the hateful things?

Great for field work when no paper log or computer is available. This is the better app that is available. However, l'm having trouble capturing the correct UTC date/time. Since all online loggers verify QSOs via UTC, the date/time is critical to successful DXing.

Nice. I would like to see digital options, Echolink, FT8 ect as choices in the fields.

Looks great just had a play around on it to test it rather than try it on the day. All i need to do is try a contest 73s

Brilliant. Simple and does the Job. I would happily pay to remove the ads.

Ads at the bottom. I need a logger, not an ad service. Uninstalled immediately after the first ad displayed.

Nice logger. I'd like to have a cursor at 'callsign' field after pressing a '+' button.

Decent, but European time format is frustrating (why isn't at LEAST the ISO standard an option?).

Joh. E. Jul 19, 2020

Is it possible to download this app on another device and sync the contacts? Thanks.

Ala. F. Aug 29, 2021

Very good easy to use but needs a dupe section e g dates history first contact etc

Crashes on adif import; shame- uninstalled.

Great. Five stars when you let us buy out of ads.

Looking for an Adroid QSO logger that would support POTA. This app appeats to fill the need nicely.😀
