Couldn't sign up in spite of best efforts. App returning to its original view once you fill the details and click on sign up. Signing through LinkedIn, message is coming " Not supporting your phone" Contact VMEdu. Could you please fix it.
Sign up issue!!! after I fill my details and click on the sign up, it keeps taking me back to where I filled my details.
Videos constantly stop part way through, with the only solution being to restart the app. To make this worse the video progress isn't saved, which is annoying because skipping forward or backward also tends to cause the video to fail. I also can't get the app to sign in when on my home WiFi; this is probably an issue with my router settings because it works on other WiFi networks. But I don't have this issue with any there app, so what's the cause? (Specific ports need to be opened maybe?)
clear videos and short notes. practice exercise for each module. Its user friendly and if you have any challanges the support team is always ready and willing to help. well done. i had a challange where my Proctor didnt show up on the date set for my exam this was quite stressful however the team resolved the issue on time
I used to app to pass my six sigma certification exam. I followed the courses. And I am still learning new courses using this. It is very useful and practical. No ads shown the app. So it is very relaxing to learn with it.
UX/UI Needs some improvements for better user experience. App not stable, crashes for any interaction after every played video.
Good Application, but service can be done more quicker and should work on support level queries. I am trying to download my certificates but the app immediately is crashed out.
Double payment taken. Provided bank screenshots. Confirmation from bank that it has been settled by the merchant. Confirmation from my bank two transactions were taken. Contacted customer support - IGNORED. Received an email from a sales member offering courses - queried with him. Conveniently unable to find the transaction. Read reviews - double payment and ghosting when requesting it be returned is common! Charge back process initiated DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM THROUGH THE APP.
Very poor performance it keeps crashing. I purchased a course for 250 but haven't been able to use because of app problems.
Performance of the App is very nice and easy to use. Courses are more useful with the videos. Highly recommended
Although I took the course and passed the exam in the fist month, they kept charging me $35 per month , which I never agreed on, also I don't find the option to cancell that 'subscription' in the app.
What happened to the developers of this project? Videos are being loading and hanging continuously, I'm using 5MB dedicated connections though !!!! Please do needful
The material they cover is very easy to comprehend. I recommend vmedu if you are looking to expand your knowledge base in agile methods
Was having challenges to sit for the exams, because the link can't open and this 5 months now have be sending them messages, they don't care nor reply. I believe it a scam.... Please don't register with them...
Highly recommended!!! Good cource material, scenario based case case study and material. You can easily achieve certificate with this cource.
Sign up from the app is not working. It just crashes the activity on redmi note 4 device.
The exam simulations are 30% valid so don't go with them , I have failed my test just not taking the blue opion which have the actual questions.

Worst app.. Irriating as hell.. Video hangs always. Complaints have been sent but received solutions don't work..
Looking thru the reviews, confirmed my difficulty in downloading the certs. Yet U refused to fix it.
The support is not responsive. After taking the course I can't claim my certificate. Each time I speak to support no concrete response from them. I wasted my time with this ScrumStudy. I call ScamStudy. Useless. Please people don't waste your money and time. Avoid the app.

Constantly crashing during or after videos play. Does not consistently record progress when watching videos. Feedback given in this form is not considered sufficient (developer requests email for each one)
