App used to be great but crashes all the time now. Cannot even open the app for more than 5 seconds before it crashes.
I have been using this application since end of 2015 but since 5 months I am having problem to use it. Options I am receiving are :. Vmeye cloud keeps stopping Application info Close application Send Feedback Please fix it as I really need this or if you can suggest a new application. Thanks

Used to work fine but recently just keeps closing everytime I open it, using the latest version of Android on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus, please fix it.
Now continually crashes. Been using for a few years and now it refuses to open. Can't remotely view cctv, so not too happy.
I don't understand why the app creates so much trouble in functions properly whenever I opens the app it doesn't start in a one click and after opened it suddenly closes
absolute joke..worked fine for over two years now closes every single time i open the app to use.! deleting sick of sending feedback and nothing fixed.
App was last updated 4 year ago. Crashes all of the time. No way this will ever be fixed. Chinese garbage

Doesn't work on the latest version of Android (October 2019) At the moment, I am unable to access any cameras using this app. Avoid!
Used to work great It needs updating it does not work anymore just disconnects you and asks you to send feedback I've done this over a 100x this month awful Sort it out for god sake!
When I finally garnered access to remote viewing, I could not even skip unimportant scenes. When I try, the preview goes back from the very beginning

This App keeps crashing after online advertisements started showing up. Somehow the ads are the culprit
My camera has stopped working but I've found another app called vmeye that works so it mite work on yours too the app looks like a little house and the background is blue cheers ann

Purchased the hardware, I would not expect the supporting app to be laidened full with banner adverts. Disgraceful practice.
It was a good app I have used for a long time but recently it has been crashing not sure why. Please fix as soon as possible.
There is no help with this camera system they only speak in Chinese No one there to help you with the system when it screws up they do not speak English they only speak Chinese very poor system for help there's no one there do not recommend this to anyone

When I open the Software again again but all time its close it self given error. And I submit the error, but invail.
Almost a month now app crashes..all users share and write their valuable feedback and the problems they face, however vMEyeCloud team do not pay attention and not even one single respond.. shame on you vMEyeCloud!

Keeps crashing now. I was using this app for the past few years and was fine, was never a perfect app, but was ok. Now it keeps crashing over and over again. Having troubles finding an alternative to use that is compatible with my DVR. The developer needs to update this app ASAP!!
