VMPK for Android
VMPK (Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard) is a MIDI Controller emulated by software. It produces MIDI events, which can be received by other compatible devices like MIDI Synthesizers to produce sound. This application already includes a MIDI Synthesizer, in addition to a mechanism for transmitting MIDI events by the network that can be received by computers connected to your local network, using either Ethernet or Wireless interfaces.

I like the PC version better. I want to turn my phone into an accordion that uses a QWERTY keyboard that can be mapped (2 different QWERTY keyboards would be awesome). If I can hook up a QWERTY keyboard (or 2) I will give this 5 stars. By the way, the tilt volume is awesome! Thank you so much!

There's no way to get audio and I can't get a refund and my midi keyboard doesn't work with it

My go to app. Does what it says. Zero learning curve. Easy to setup. Plus MIDI that actually works. Developer should be getting more than $0.99 for it.

Still a great app!
so which client understands these supposed midi messages then? A pc just doesn't know what to do with midi over ethernet. it needs a client designed to handle that data.
