So, lets start with the good points of this app, Mmm lemme think..ouh sorry! I didn't spot any good thing! Ok, firstly, app is crashing too many times and whenever i enter a class, with my bluetooth earpods, i can't just hear anything! Now, the textbox issue got solved but, a lot of bugs got inserted. When i just zoom in, it not only get crashed, but it also crashes my phone! Now tell my phone is not upto the mark, i am using a phone with 6 gb ram. NOW TELL!!! SHOULD I BUY IPHONE NOW???!!!

Worst app ever. Online classes are a mess. Network issues all over the time. Audio and video are not working properly. This app is full of bugs. It shows that I have a poor network connection although, I have a strong net connection. The keyboard for writing messages in the virtual class doesn't work sometimes. It says [object, object] and sometimes the same message gets send five or more times when the Enter keyword is pressed. Another problem is that it drains my phone's charge very quickly.

The app crashes everytime I try to zoom in and then zoom out of the teacher's video. It return me to the home screen of my device. It's also very annoying that the chat box does not open at times and on other instances the app is terribly slow even though I regularly clear the app cache and also have a very stable connection. Hence for the following reasons, I'll have to take back my 4 star rating.

This is a app!!! Do you people know how to make app?? Bugs, glitches, slow procesing, excessive data consumption, and what not. If someone type a message in online classes a black box appears in front of the teacher's screen. The video gets freezed if zoomed in by two-finger action and if zoomed by the zoom option then only tha middle part can be seen tha sides are no more visible mean one can't zoom in any of the either two ways. Does not work properly. When the Keyboard icon is clicked, keyboard does not pop up and [object, object] appears. Sometimes I can't login and a blank white page covers the whole screen. Restarting the app or clearing the App data does not solve the problem. My charge gets drained very quickly while using this app. I have 4000mah battery. Using this app only for 40 minutes draines my charge from 100% to <70% and the phone gets heated up.

Whenever I launch this app it always shows the login screen even if I'm logged in it will always show it. The app runs very slow and sometimes shows blue and white colours on the app . Even I'm using wifi it shows no internet connection available . It has lots of bugs in it. The app icon crashes Please give major updates in the app and remove all the bugs .

This app is unimaginably slow. I am surprised that it exists even. The app crashes every 10mins during Virtual classes. The documents get downloaded as .bin file. I dont understand how clearing Searchhistory can repair the app. This is as critical as it can get. And I know that nobody is gonna read the review and reply that I have to email this to @helpdesk....something email. Anyway thats all i wanted to say and this is not new ...the same issues have been mentioned earlier as well

the app crashes all the time whenever I update it... whenever an app gets an update bugs or errors are fixed but in this app it's completely the opposite. It has a very low audio and video configuration .. The app takes lot of time to load. The pdf files takes a lot of time to download and even after the download it shows can't open the files. It is not properly configured to run on every Android devices. Please arise and awake to remove the errors and bugs

Worst app ever. It crashes as soon as I try to enter the online classes and also when I try to open the notice page. I was unable to attend my online classes from the app so I'm using it from the webpage, the webpage works fine. But the app is really horrible and it has slowed down my phone and shows errors like "unable to connect to rumour socket "and "no internet connection" even when I have a strong internet connection.

A pure stupid works, dosnt works properly, suddenly starts showing object reference not set to an instance, sometimes the app becomes response less, it hangs most of the time, and yes the app hangs not my phone, just a stupid application.

Lots of things needs to be improved. First of all when I go to WhatsApp and check what lessons are being taught in the virtual class, it soon gets disconnected, again I have to login by entering the captcha code and then join the virtual classes. The palm button never appears even after following the instructions that are being provided. The sound quality is not at all good, many updates should be given to the app before it becomes perfect.

I was trying to get progress report (PR) of my son from this Apps. My experience, fetching PR from database server is talking long time and eventually nothing shows. Download link ie vertically downward arrow is also inactive. Desktop version of the apps, I mean web surfing also yields no outcome. I tried multiple occasions in different time of a day and it fails always. Schoo IT support team should immediately fix this issue without troubling parents.

The technical people/the HK software's people are good in fixing bugs. So I am changing 1 star to 3 star. Although the app is working now in a good condition but still few problems are arising although if we have a stable internet connection. Let's wait for more development of this app. Your Regards........ Edit: Changing the rating from 3 to 4 star for the efficiency in fixing as many bugs as possible. Although the app is not as efficient as Zoom, Google meet, Cisco Webex, etc.

The app is stable now and the online class experience is also pretty smooth just a few bugs here and there otherwise the app is flawless but sometimes I really don't receive any notice notification which isn't a huge problem but it happens sometimes I don't know why ..Overall it's a really good app . Developer response is quick and good as well they are really very supportive 👍😇

This app is simply a trash. Crashes maximum time and logs me out multiple times even I have a stable wifi connection. I can't even unmute myself when teacher talks to me. Sometimes video does not switch on. The efficiency of app perhaps depends on the mood of the app on a particular day .

I updated the app and tried to open it but still the same problem is there . As soon as I open the app it only displays a white screen and even after waiting for few minutes nothing comes on the screen and it continues to be blank. The app does not come with the updates mentioned .This is very disturbing as we are missing our classes due to these types of problems . The experience of the app is really poor.

I have not faced too many problems with this app and hence I am giving 3 stars to it. However this app has technical errors sometimes which need to be rectified ,like recently ,I could not join one of the virtual classes on time since the app redirected me to the login page whenever I entered the captcha.Moreover the app is very slow although I have a stable internet connection .Also sometimes the video of the teacher disappears during classes inspite of having a proper network connection.....

The app was working fine till yesterday. Suddenly it is not moving from the 2nd page. I cannot login, as that portion is not appearing on my mobile. After some time it is giving some server error has occured. I tried to uninstall and re install the app in my phone but it is of no use. Still I am facing the same problem. Kindly help me out as my son's final report will be declared on 13th of March.

I am facing a lot of trouble from this app. Its not working from my phone at all. I lways have to use my parent's phones for doing the online classes but now that, they have started going to their offices, i am being unable to attend the classes. Whenever I open the app from my phone, the screen turns black and I return to the home page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app thrice but with no change. Please do something.

Sir can you please just move the menu option elsewhere that is just above the log out button(that's not a major issue). And i am facing a problem , that is, whenever I cannot see the board in the screen, I zoom in but then the screen freezes, but the class continues and i cannot type in the chat box nor can respond by using the palm button.

I'm having a huge problem with this app...like while the class is going on the video of the teacher is not visible to me like after every 1 or 2 mins..then again I log out and join and for the first few secs it's visible and then again the same problem arises. It's show red network band on the teachers window..while all other students can see her. Please fix this problem asap it's very annoying to close the app and rejoin every minute..classes can't b done this way.cleared app data..not helping

No matter how much we update the app it ends up crashing over and over again and inspite of having perfect network connections it shows network connection error. It is unimaginable slow and it takes like forever to open and sometimes it doesnt open at all.

I won't say it's a bad app but it has many glitches and problems. First the captcha can be copied and pasted then what's the meaning of the captcha. Secondly there are audio and video glitches. Third many a times the app crashes and we need to restart the app.

Its a good app but in the virtual classes i am not getting the palm button even though i update the app. My friends got it but i did'nt . And the most worst thing that is happening to me only is my name is not showing in the list of students this thing my friendzz told to me. Any of the teachers are unable to ask questions to me because i dont have the palm button and no name in the list to.😧😧😧😧

The hand button is useless The message box is an absolute joke because you have to keep pressing it and hope that it will magically work And it is filled with bugs, like white screen then crashes, the list is endless It really makes taking class through this app an abysmal experience

Never seen an app like this. Horrible service and what not. During virtual class most of the time the screen is white... What the hell? If this kind of service is provided by the app... It's better not to have one. Every time it's lagging. It takes so much time just to log in and most of the time it doesn't login. Eta app? Erom app niye ki korbo?

The app is not working at it's peak. There are many features but the problem is is that the users can't avail those features. Honestly speaking, the quality or the features of the virtual classes can be improved.

I had a small problem in the last 2 days. While i was attending the classes,i got a phone call. After that i found that there was no palm button,plus i could not type in the chatbox! I could not enable my video,although i had enabled all the permissions. This happened twice . Please see to it. My registration number is 9912.

What type of software have you created for the online assessment thing?? It's a complete disaster. Time taken to write: 20 mins Time taken to upload: 25 mins First of all, there are no proper guidelines on how to communicate with the teacher, it took me a lot of time to figure that out. Secondly, uploading the pictures were a total mess. Every time I choose an image, i got logged OUT. Then the submit button won't work. I don't even know whether my answers were uploaded or not. Fix It please !!
