Latest Android update (10) and this app has gone from "necessary and slightly functional" to "unstable and completely useless". It crashes every time I try to open it. Which means I can't deregister the device to start over with Hub. Grr. VMWare (and Dell) have more than enough resources to fix this product and make it usefully functional. Please do so.
The latest update is constantly crashing, we used to have the ability to change the user interface to the old view which isn't there anymore, what would help is if we had a way to sort content in date order. We have a lot of drivers on Crosscoyntry trains and they are struggling. Really need this sorting asap. Thanks
Opens a downloaded file, loads 75%, crashes. Repeat.
Unable to open PDF files with password, neither it poped up for me to enter password to view the document. It simply tells me an error occured while opening the document, which was super inconvenient. Could you please just fix this. Thanks.

This app is clunky, not very user friendly at all. I have been trying to access my folders for over 4 weeks, still not working, constantly refreshing.

Try to open Adobe and content tries to open, can't stop it from doing it even by using force stop, content then says it can't display the file. How about you let me open the file in Adobe like I was trying to do in the first place!!!!
Unable to share or print documents, within the organisation. Previously it was available for sharing and printing documnets also. After new update, its gone.
Crippled vmware version version of enterprise private cloud file sync to work with AirWatch. Can only browse or preview, unable to send files via own AirWatch mail client. Works but very limited use.
Unable to open any of my documents with this app. Asks me to use one of the other apps on my phone to view the file (e.g. Adobe for PDF viewing, but then it says the file is corrupted - Huawei P30 Pro.
do not open downloaded files in any format
One document open as normal but after close first documents , second document is not open and get error. I can open document after close app
I can not take any pictures or videos, scan any documents in app..what is solutions..It was working fine yesterday but today it was not working.

This is a below average app since we started using it .Now it stops abruptly. Web app is of now use if this does not work properly.
It doesn't give instruction what needs to entered. It will give options to fill what to fill no idea. No demo at all waste

Terrible app, always crashing, will not download files
Please resolve this horrible issue of not opening any attachments from Boxer. Its almost useless at this point.

very poor updating capabilities with recent versions - ap is not currently performing the role it is intended to, previous versions were better suited to the required purpose.

It doesn't open. Xlsb files nor does it allow to open in other apps.
I use this app for work. Constantly freezes. Needs a sync button instead of syncing every time you scroll down through files. If my employer didn't force me to use this file locker, I never would.
