Failure. No longer will open on Samsung note 8. UPDATE: Thanks for the fast reply from Voalte Me. Issue has been resolved. I do wish there was a way to differentiate voice calls coming through the app. They problem is, you don't know it is a Voalte call vs a spam caller. Otherwise, excellent app.

1). S.L.O.W. 2). Slows down devices. Operating large bases such as Epocrates when it is running is possible but notably slow. 2) it asked me to "establish a pin for the periods I am off". OK, I did that. Now it is asking for this pin EVERY SINGLE TIME. After every single messages, even if it is less than 10 sec between them. It is dangerous for patient care and has nothing to do with any "safety" and "security". Forced to use this app, otherwise would throw it away in a heartbeat.

HOSPITALS BEWARE! This app is terrible. For the second time now I don't get notifications until I open the app, so I have no idea when OR staff are trying to contact me. This is a nightmare in the clinical setting. Also I can't use the actual volate phones provided and every time I try to contact them to get that fixed i hear nothing back from them. Bad customer service, bad app, bad all around. Is I could give it no stars I would.

Out of the clear blue it kicked me off and refuses to accept my accurate login info...no way tochange login info

I've used Voalte on my LGV60 android for over a year with no issues, now notifications won't show at all unless I open the app. Very problematic in anesthesia. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, cleared all data from the app, restarted all network settings, and quadruple checked notification settings for the app. Still nothing.

When it works it's great...however recently my voalte me setting for "override do not disturb" is no longer working. When I first got it, it worked without any problem but seems to have stopped. My phone is a pixel 3 xl. That setting is extremely important to me.

Programmed by people who don't know what "vibrate" means. Doesn't allow you to change the notification sound from the obnoxious default, which is accompanied by a long, annoying vibration.

Horrible app on the android platform. Cannot change the notification sound from high pitched very annoying default sound. This is a basic setting that should work.

Worth a warning - I updated to Android 11 and now this app crashes constantly and won't load. If this is mission critical on your personal phone, don't install the latest Android version until a fix is pushed out

Please remove the need to reload the app everytime wifi changes. I would be writing a whole msg a d all of a sudden connection changes and the app reloads and I have to do that all over again. No other app does that.

This app constantly crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S21. It's extremely frustrating. It will often crash 10 times in a row before I can successfully view a text. Please fix.

Whenever I log in with my Samsung A52, I get "undefined client error," and it just keeps saying loading. I'm unable to send messages. Very frustrating.

If you're having issues with notifications when phone is asleep, it's likely a conflict with your smart watch or another Bluetooth device connected to your phone.

Chime doesn't turn off despite being set to vibrate. Very clunky and slow. They're much better options on the market such as spok.

no notifications unless the app is open. no voice input, therefore it can't be use if you are driving.

App won't open in Android. Last updated app 1/5/21 & used to work fine, but now crashes as soon as I try to open. Seems to be same as reviews I read from Oct & Nov

I don't ever get an alert when I get a message and I have it set to alert me anytime. This really impacts care and research at the hospital where I work.

Cannot reply to texts from voalte users. I.T. doesn't seem to be able to identify the problem.

Can't open the app after android 11 update. Uninstalled old version an reinstalled, but problem remained.

Update - I reached out to tech support for this app. They were amazing and walked me through restoring the app. Very pleased.

I am having all kinds of issues with this app after updating to Android 11. App will not open.

Easy to use, great accessibility, and I can reach my providers w/o interrupting their flow.

Freezes almost daily. Have to repeatedly clear data.

Notifications not always pushed in a timely manner. Otherwise works well.

Great App and great service for clinicians. Total game changer in clinical communication.

Awful app! Never works! Total waste of time! Help desk says it's just for apple users!
