I spend more time than expected in this app not because it's good but because it's horrendous. Every time I make a call, the other party can never hear me and they always hang up on me as a result. It's embarrassing to call back later on Skype to explain things to them. Do not use this app!
This app does not work! No support ever answers the 5 complaints I have,sent. The only thing that works is how they take your money! Spread the word to shut this app down!

Love this, replaced the confusing Skype which I have used for many years. Really cheap calls to land lines and free calls and messages to other Voca users.
Texts are immediate unlike NZ phone providers where it might take minutes or hours to be delivered. Had a problem with free calls but Voca team sorted this out. Voca do reply to tech concerns and were prompt with replies and explanation. Easy app to use. I am impressed.
Love this, replaced the now over complicated Skype with this, great for free calls and messages with pics and vids. Really cheap calls to landlines. Support replied immediately to my request. Very friendly people.

Bad service, no support reply to failed calls, don't touch this app, these guys don't respond.

Just downloaded as a potential replacement for Skype, which is scrubbing support for Android versions older than 7.
Can't change country code because when searching for countries I get zero results. I have contacted support about the problem and was told they are working on fixing the problem. This was over a month ago. DO NOT BUY CREDIT AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT AS I CAN'T. I will be opening a case with the ACCC here in Australia as it is against the law to not provide a service I have paid for. I have not been given any refund options. I will also be opening a case with the Online fraud department with the Australian Federal Police. Voca Communications AB you have been warned.
Doesn't seem to work at all, says it will send a confirm sms to the phone but immediately then a dialog box pops up to say pin expired. I didn't even manage to register! Seems really poor.
It says to search for countries but didn't return any list when I write a name of a country like United States, Mexico or anything else. Useless app for me as long as it has no way to call any country in world, so....
I restore my device and upon reinstall of voca; when I give my number, it says PIN has expired please request new one. But not telling the way how to request new one. Please provide me the solution. Thanks
As soon as I enter the number. And press continue I get "pin has expired. Please request a new one error"
I'm from Pakistan and trying to activate but it shows an error like "pin expired please request a new pin" every time I've tried a lot by changing number etc.
When doing the setup, it sends a sms for verification and I always get a pop up "the pin is expired". one year later, same issue.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!!! Those people are scum!!! They sell you a service, which is not working!!! The exception of bad call-quality and dropped phone-calls is here the norm!!! Additionally, the call-quality is like a telephone-connection to the moon + freuqent cut-outs (missed words of communication). On top, their app is faulty! E.g. when pressing the loudspeaker-button, the app crashes and the phone-call is of course gone. When I requested to have my money refunded, they chose to ignore it completely!!!

Not even usable and they took the money and ran. App is not even usable and lost 20 bucks in call credits
Call is frequently getting disconnected while talking. I have to ring 5 or 6 times to complete a conversation. And i think i m simply wasting my grants on it. Never gonna recharge it.
It's keep crashing, right after i made payment with Google pay. Now the payment is done but credit is not updated. Please refund my payment.
App asking everytime when register that the pin has expired,request a new one.
If you change your number, the app never sends you a verification PIN. Neither does it make a verification phonecall with a PIN. It just doesn't work. If you change your phone number in a new country, still preserving the same account, the app deletes all the credits you have paid! So your account is zero again and you have to buy new credit. It's a theft! Voca support hardly ever responds if you contact them with a problem.
