To use the Vocality CCU app, you must be enrolled as a Vocality CCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Vocality must have hired a different developer or something because this is WAY better than the old app. I still use Vocality as my credit union after moving out of CA and I'm able to do so because this app works so well. Thanks for getting it right this time!
App freezes, JUST NOW got remote deposit but if you don't write the EXACT wording on the check it rejects the whole thing. Tried to make a payment on a loan and it froze. It's really bad but have no choice but to use it until my loan is paid off. Kinda sad that it's about 10 years behind in capabilities of other banks and banking apps. **UPDATE** Now, if there is a mistake in the writing of the check dollar amount, it won't recognize it. I've never had this many problems with remote deposit EVER
It's a great app. But you still have to get on the website to do any transfers to other people or companies or to fix any thing that might be setup wrong on your account

Always works perfectly fine for me. I'm assuming the bad reviews are from tech illiterates or people just complaining about the name change.
I've never had a problem after I was set up but I unfortunately had to physically come in to the bank to do 🤷 otherwise great app.
I like being able to deposit my paycheck from the mobile app at home. It's quick and easy and saves me a trip to town.
The app is getting better...happy to be able to look back through past statements!!

Frustrating
It's okay. But it wont show me my balance in my checking account. Says zero when I know its not. I end up going to the website to check it.
What the heck can't even link my bank account with it's own app ridiculous
Using the deposit Mobile deposit doesn't hit the bank and you have to physically go into the bank anyway this app is never updated on time or accurate it's sort of useless
