Frustrating that when I'm on high priority, the alert cannot override the do not disturb setting on my phone. Additionally, the alert will re-alert what seems like 20 times when I'm in the middle of a procedure or with a patient, and can't be easily disabled with a button. Not at all useful and often times adds stress to an already stressful situation which didn't allow me to check my page to begin with

Can't change ringtone. Rings incessantly if you can't reach right away. Basic features that should be in any app were not included.

There is a bug where new messages do not show up at top of the app, when you receive a notification of a new app. I purchased a new phone with the latest Android OS. Please look into this.
