Falla application this time is not good for anyone

I am using this app around 4 months. I have reached 29 level along with unic ID number 584458 . I spent lots of money to develope this ID. Recently it was suddenly sing out and next time while login, it was asking OTP. But OTP not receiving on my mobile. I have discussed this matter with falla admin team. They couldnt fix it. Yesterday i have tried again to login and i received OTP but I LOST MY ID because It is opened with new account. My old ID is gone now. I lost so much money.

Can't filter chat rooms by language and most chat rooms seen to be in languages I can't understand or speak. The apps user interface is too busy: it looks like a Vegas Slot machine or something. Bizarre.

Very bad .. cheat .. app .. becose. I get parches but .I don't get coins . I go to online costumer service. She is saying.. I don't know English..what is this.. This is first application. Here not option to get feedback. So sad
