Terrible service. I tried corresponding with them for months. I had a cracked phone screen and I contacted them to checked whether I can receive any free fixing for the same. Their phone number is unresponsive most of the time, and if you try calling them up over a few times, you are blocked from calling them for a day. They claim to have a callback service, which, no surprise, does not work. Even after I discussed my issues with them, they would never revert for weeks. Wish I could write more.

customer service is really bad. As per the app they will collect the phone and get it repaired. Instead I was asked to get it repaired myself. Also in the bill they only approved the part cost and not service charges. It has been more than 1 month now since I paid the amount and submitted the docs. Still I havent received any payment. Whenever I call support, they tell that due to technical reason payment is delayed by a week. - Update: finally got the refund after waiting for 2 months

Every time it's gives error "Server error please try again latter" while loading the app. I have restall app many times. Earlier it's working fine when I register in this app, but since last 2months I want to raise my mobile issue it's showing error. I have mailed and contact many times for support but no one response. Always getting emails and messages we will contact with you but no body response. As per my experience very poor and wrost service from Vodafone and mobile shield

After installation, the software ran a hardware test and displayed a message that your phone is in perfect condition. But on proceeding it says that it didn't pass the test. Instead gave some phone numbers that won't work. Horrible experience.

During installation, it gives error at the end. App asks all permissions, does the in depth checking of handset then before final step a pop-up screen appears which doens't lead you to anywhere. But it says your device is in great condition. Otherwise there's no issue for installation.

People are too slow the help line does not pick up the calls.. I was waiting to connect with call centre for 25 mins and then the call automatically cuts. Also the process is so lengthy that you would rather get it repaired on your own. It takes about 30 -40 days for your phone to come back fully repaired. They try to push you down to drop the claim by not responding at all. I wish there were minus stars for this company.

Every time it gives system error while loading the application. Reinstalled application for more than 5 times. No use.. no body is answering the call... feeling helpless.. Sent email on address given on the developer address. Surprisingly, the email returned stating email address not found. is that how you sir customer by providing falls information...?

I have already made payment of excess amount and already couriered the original documents. Still I am getting the message to pay the amount and courier the documents. I have also shared the receipt over email. They don't reply over email and It is not possible to talk to them over phone numbers as IVR doesn't give this option once status is "Approved - Excess Amount & original documents required". Pathetic support.

I used it earlier, ran fine. Now while I am updating the same details on my new handset , it shows error and keeps shutting as soon as I press the call help button which it displays. Extremely poor experience.

Vodafone store called me several time to install it, and it could not open even. When I click on it, it will go to background automatically and not open. For app permission I have to permit all the security features that it can see, but the app is not open. What is the matter?

This application is pathetic, one can not do diagnostic test all the options are disabled, multiple times I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but same problems occur. Hence I can't even register my claim. If vodafone can not resolve this issue better to remove mobile shild app from playstore. I must say vodafone have developed this waste.

It has been more than 6 months since i filed a claim, but i am yet to recive the money. All documents were submitted, and the company assured that i will get my money in a few days, but even after 6 months, nothing. One can never get through to their helpline, and they haven't even bothered to reply to several reminders as well. Horrible service. So much for the 'seamless' and transparent process. Makes me feel, this company isn't serious about providing service to its customers.

Hi I am using the newly launched One Plus 7Pro 12GB RAM 256GB internal Storage, I am mot able to register my device for the insurance as it shows loading for a more than an hour, i tried closing the app and tried again the result was the same, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app the result was the same. Every time I try to open this app, error message comes "server error". I tried clearing cache data, reinstalling but the problem still exists. I have emailed several times but no response yet. Pathetic service!

It is very clear that Vodafone is carrying out this fraudulent activity just to increase their revenue and nothing else. Worst experience ever. I have sent emails giving all the required information and I have even tried to contact the customer support in vain. Nobody picks up the call for hours and there's an option which we confirm so that we get a call back from the customer care executive. Again I did not get any call at all. It's high time that Vodafone should stop horrible gesture towards their customers. Pathetic

These people are running fraud business. App donot work (upon clicking available options to raise claim page do not load, always display white screen). They don't reply to email as well, autogenerated mail triggers . I am paying postpad bill of rs 800 per month,barely using mobile data n hardly making 5 to 10 calls in a month. Planning to switch to other service provider.

Totally f**ked up. No response whatsoever. Have submitted the claim documents more than 2 months back and still haven't received the claimed amount. Every time I call, they say that it will be processed within next 10 days but it hasn't happened till date. Extremely irritated and frustrated with such casual attitude of theirs. And really tired of following up with them for an approved claim amount.

This app just does not work. I lost my device and wanted to register my new device with Vodafone for Mobile Shield coverage, but this app makes it impossible to do so. Keeps redirecting me to message for registration. Not worth the headache Vodafone India!

First of all there is a huge wait time just to get to customer care. Also the app is too slow even after loading the documents they don't get saved So much waste of time and energy. I had sent all the documents but got a reply mail after 4 days saying documets have not been recieved. Still not able to get through the insurance customer care.

Very slow service, first of all their email service is not working.communication is very poor. They dont answer phone and you can only call twice a day. You are barred for the day. It takes lot of effort to connect with them. Waste of money

Don't know if its antivirus is working or not. No pop for any threat or update and on pressing antivirus option, it reads updating antivirus definition and may take few minutes but actually take lots of time from there onwards it seems nothing happening.

Without running any diagnosis it says your device didn't completed diagnosis and shield is not activating. Trying after six months again and still facing same issues. There is no option to call customer without policy details no option for asking how to activate this app. Bad Bad Bad..

This is the worst app vodafone can think of to liaise with misleading the customers. How also do you think a person to have the invoice and mobile box after purchase of more than a year... This is nonsense... Porting to different service provider in a while.

Pathetic experience. My phone is damaged and I am unable to get in touch with customer care team. They have an SMS facility but whenever I sent an SMS I get a autoreply that they will call back in 6 business hours but nobody calls. I have also sent all documents over an email but there's no reply. God knows if they will call or no. My screen is damaged with poor visibility and dont know what to do. I regret for depending on them for insurance. I am surprised on how can Vodafone tie up with them

Have changed my handset but the App gives pop up to deactivate prev registration and then it fails....Bad experience...tried calling on numbers as well but worst IVR...it doesn't connect Got New Vodafone number...Tried activating Mobile Shield as part of Plan...keep getting error " NOT ALLOWED VODAFONE NUMBER"....Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but not working

Useless app and worthless service. Raised a claim for cracked screen replacement. You'd be surprised on what date I initiated it. It was on 30/12/2019!!!! Three months gone already. In spite of repeated requests through mail and phone, noone even cared to call back. Vodafone should not display such fancy services if they're not able to provide one. Or they should change their service partner to a genuine one following so much negative feedback.

The app automatically shuts down after entering the IMEI number. Looks like this provisioning has been stopped by Vi 🙄 Not happening now and I guess it is not likely to be available sooner too. Urge the Vi team to look into this as soon as possible. I have already sent in a feedback through the feedback response form that is available on the application itself. Can someone please take this up and work on it immediately and help users please? This will be much appreciated by post paid users....
