This provides a much faster way to check battery/connection/data usage compared to loading the normal device dashboard. Does the basics well, not much beyond that. Will glitch if you use it whilst your device is about to run out of power, it will stop showing the battery level until you force stop and restart the app. No issues otherwise.

It was such a useful application to have but after the latest update I'm stuck with it asking for LAN Domain. Even after inputting it, it still doesn't want to work. Please fix this issue cause I used this app on a daily basis. Also, please include features like the option to see what devices are connected, ability to delete any devices I so please from the connection and some others that are convenient. Thanks

I have never been this frustrated using an application. I can't check messages because it requires admin password, which is supposed to be, by default, the WiFi key. That password doesn't work and I can't even change it. This actually looks like a problem that a lot of people have been having for a long time. It looks like the developers don't even read the ratings. U am very disappointed in the service your are providing.

The accounts page, once logged in, is great. All details listed. BUT to login is highly frustrating!. One can type in the password, and press Login, but gain no entry, no matter how many times you try. Even closing the app and restarting it doesn't work. Only way to resolve the problem is to uninstall, and reinstall, the app.

Useless and a waste of time and money! The app connects to the router but the actual wifi to the router doesn't work on other connected devices. And it keeps asking for an admin password when I haven't been asked to come up with one, and none of the other passwords that came with the router works.

The app is practically useless, it use to work perfectly before but now I can't get onto the app at all. I have reset the device to a point that it has become annoying. I have better luck typing in the IP address and seeing more info that way than with the app. Really disappointing

If option zero was there I would have chosen it because I cannot connect to the app at all. It keeps telling me that the LAN has changed and I must retype it and when I do it keeps giving the same message. The app is just useless to me 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The whole setup is bad. Can't access messages unless you go to the web application that takes FOREVER to load no matter how good my signal is, or to see what devices are connected. It keeps taking you to the web application which kind of defeats the point. I could just access it from my browser from the start.

Since the last EMUI security update there is a problem with the LAN Domain recognition of vodafonemobile.wifi and therefore the app refuses to connect. Seems to need an update?!? 🤔 After this last update, just now, all seems to be working once more 👍😉 So, now, that connection problem is only partially fixed as it turns out. It repeatedly come back with the same old Domain error and only rebooting the cell phone solves that issue until the next time round. NOT GOOD! 🙄😒

Please add a feature that enables one to see how much data is left because this sms thing of yours is not helping at all. In order to read the sms, I still have to log in and and and it's irritating and boring. The app is awesome, I love it, I just hate the fact that I cannot touch or tap anywhere to see how much data I am left with.

Major error with resetting data. This feature worked well until February 2019. Each time it resets but a few minutes later it has gone back to last month and added all the current data. Have reset about ten times and each time it goes back to last months usage. Most annoying.

Worst app ever... even the interface is not user friendly, feels like it was developed by primary school kids. Very Slow & Doesnt allows us to check balances or even disconnect/block devices via app(hackable). Cant even switch it on/off using app. Vodafone didnt put in any effort into this app... i will not be renewing my data contract as im sorely dissapointed.

I just have a question. Since the new update, the app doesn't seam to display my WiFi router's battery status. Is it because for some reason my screen reader doesn't read it. As for the rest my screen reader reads out the ammount of devices connected, data usage etc. Just not my battery status for my router.

This app does not give an option to deactivate users that have not been granted usage of the WI-FI and also u cannot see the exact balance left on the account. The total volume of data goes really fast without viewing any pics or videos, it really annoys when it happens cause I am losing data that I have not used.

The fact that someone was actually paid to make this app is appalling. It is so badly made, it is user unfriendly almost to the point where it seems intentional, it is disorganised, so many of the buttons and links don't work, the wording and features are so unclear, it's like it was written with the intent to confuse people, and I really don't understand how this has been around for so long and hasn't been updated since I'd imagine it's conception.

The Good thing about this app is that it is a faster way to view your mobile router information than the browser version. Now the downside is that it is slow when entering the webview where all the important stuff are and doesn't allow you to top-up your bundle. What then is the use really?

I wanted to rate the app less than zero, please, upgrade! I don't need to change my password to avoid to deny a friend access to it, make it in a way that I can disable another user without changing my password. And also make it possible for dialing, we don't need to remove the sim to load up airtime or check the balance. Thank you

Really useful app for my Vodafone R218h. The only problem I do have is that when I go to view my received SMS messages, it will show me the first message and then will it will tell me to "view inbox" to read the other 3 messages that I currently have and then it just comes up as a blank screen which says "web portal" which is really annoying! Please fix this so I can read my messages! Thanks!

The app is great. I have not encountered any problems so far but it can use some mew features, for example being able to block unauthorized devices, changing themes, being able to see data usage(which apps and sites are being used) and ghistory of devices that have connected atleast last 7 days

This app chows my data in seconds to a point were I had to remove my sim from my router & insert it on my phone to have better control of my data. That defeated the whole purpose of me getting the contract deal that came with a portable router. Oh and don't u dare ask if I never tried querying it because I had..countless times & it still no assistance. So I'm very disappointed at this point 😞

App lack a few features like seting data limits for certain connected devices. If a main device could be selected to manage data and connection to other devices could be switched on or off. It also seems as if the developers are not reading the comments...

I expected the App to inform me on how much data is remaining on my router, but instead it only tells a sum total of my usage (which means nothing to me since it accumulated over Months without resetting to 0). And I constantly have a Toast Message stating: Developer warning for wackage, Failed to post notification on channel "null", See log for more details. This message is related to the development of the App itself, so the end-user can't really do anything about it without the Android SDK...

Besides showing certain things like usage, battery and network. I can never sign in on the app. Cannot change the name of the WiFi as it says admin password is wrong nor can I connect using the IP address web page on my phone. Only allows access via a desktop when I access the IP address webpage.

The 12 year old who put this app together the night before his paper was due can be proud. But if it wasn't him, then the standard Huawei Hilink app that used on other routers is way better. This one works like it was thrown together in the 90's before people acknowledged that customer experience is a real requirement. It's so bad that you have to go the providers website to check your actual data usage. Furthermore, you have to go to the mobile devices own website to do more than 3 things.

So, where is the option to block unauthorised users? I'm told by Vodafone, this router doesn't support that feature. If so, then why not? Does Vodafone advocate theft? As, not having one basic feature, means you're doing exactly that. I don't expect an answer, but I do expect an update to include a block ability.

Nice app, but there is a lot of work to be done, add an option where Admin can block unauthorized users directly from the app. Instead of depending on changing the password frequently in order to cub unauthorized users. Another option that is very important is setting data limit for each connected device. Vodafone kindly follow up ASAP.

the router is very difficult to use through this app. lots of windows open unnecessarily and the password has to be put for when u open an icon in the app. this is now 2 weeks i can't can connect to internet. the network is the but the internet is disconnected.
