I can't top up. Tried different cards, none of them works. I asked my bank, Vodafone hadn't sent any payment request. Bit useless to me.
"Credit card is closed for abroad transactions" so useless. And app keeps crushing by trying to PASTE card number so you have to type it manually. At least add google pay if u are unable to work with international cards.
542 Helpline is useless to foreigners. You can barely hear what the auto respondent is saying. I dialed 10 tens just to connect to English, and İ failed. There should be an English support or guide in this app too so we can find things out.
User interface makes your experience harder than it should be. The app doesnt fully translate in english.
Vodafone Internet is really slow. The reception at my home (10th floor) and office is really bad and I can't even get H+ let alone 4.5 G. I have reported this several times but nothing has happened. The application itself is complicated and not totally user-friendly. I'm giving two stars mostly because of the gifts.
Even with English language selection, add and details comes in turkish, I am doing my best to learn Türkish but till then I prefer to use the languages I knowledge to get the best out of the service I paid for. Much I am having 2GM monthly as gift on Vodafone TV app but I could not install the app as it did not appeared in play app search and when I reached the showroom they advised me to install VPN to get the app as its international, I was confused, yet still I did no luck..
An idiot named Tobi takes a central position in the app. You still need to call the call center in order to get information.
It constantly asks whether I want to switch to a new tariff, and sometimes I get this notification from the phone itself. Just as there is little internet in the tariffs, additional packages are also very expensive. On the other hand, the wheel, gives almost nothing. It would be great if it could give internet, but all it gives is discount for shopping. Disappointment.
Incessantly asks whether I want to switch to a more expensive tariff, sometimes about 5 times in a minute. The button to view the tariff conditions did not work for the most experience tariff. Even if you change your tariff to one which gives you certain privileges such as free data transfer for media apps, you still need to go through settings and activate that seperately, or you are charged for that data you already pay for the exemption of (this might be due to carrier and not the app).
I subscribed to the home internet service for four years, and when I left the country permanently, they refused to cancel the service, then they agreed and sent me a message to end the service and asked me to hand over the modem, and I did, and now I receive monthly billing messages. It is a bad service.
Nightmare. İn Turkey we don't have too many options Unfortunately. I have been using Vodafone several times. They always find a way to charge you more than you use.
For weeks, although I have free GBs, I cannot watch ANY movie !! It always displays error message and movies NEVER start !! Is this the new ugly way u guys found to spare your GBs, so that customers cannot use them ?!!!!
I've had the same issue as a lot of users , the app barely starts and only displays a white screen. This app hasn't been working on my Samsung note android for months but works fine on my iphone. Can this problem be fixed soon it's making me reconsider using the vodafone network. people nowadays are in search for convenience and if vodafone are not going to provide that then customers will go elsewhere, and trust when i say , there are many options to choose from!
Vodafone is very bad operator .they are only working for how can make money from customer.not real help customer. They are the real scammer
This app is useless, it crashes all the time and takes a lot of time to do anything. If you are from abroad it will not accept the payment for anything, so again useless.
Needs to improve. Not working properly. No access to some features. Hopefully to be improved soon.
İ can't open Vodafone yanımda app sice a few days.Deleted it download it again.While opening app can see 2 second main page than disappears from the APP! What should that???!!!!!

I'm trying to top up my phone with my saved credit card and I can't because I should receive an SMS code on my phone to complete the transaction and the code never arrives. I need to change to another operator.
This application it's compete garbage. You can't understand anything using it. First of all - you switch to English, but like 70% of content is not translated. Even with auto-translation. And the UX is horrible. I wasn't to understand how much Gb I have left on my account. But it's easier to buy meat or to bet on soccer rather than get this critical info. Billion of packages you can barely understand. No, I will never use Vodafone again, it's better to stick to eSIM or something
This app is soooo slow, its like watching grass grow
With this scam app you receive random confirmation dialogs. During texting with a someone, once I accidentally pressed "Yes" when it popped up from nowhere without knowing what it is about. No second confirmation afterwards. Vodafone subscribed me to a useless service which I still cannot unsubscribe, and now they are stealing my money for the last few months. Should be banned from Google Play.
First time for app reviewing in my entire life. Just horrible! It spams a lot of notifications, you cannot disable them. It won't let you login although you received brand-new password. Also, it made me logout from the last session(3 months ago or so) for no reason.
Literal TRASH, Too much permissions and zero service, this is the only time in my life I wanted to use bad language towards an app or a service and give it a rating of minus, Vodafone is very inconsistent and just makes people nervous all the time and it's honestly unbearable, I really hope they consider leaving the area of Telecom and try something else
Very bad one. Always shows some errors, when i want to see plans, or I'm trying to pay, or I want to see general info. Bad English version. Impossible to refill with foreign card. Issues with internet! So far - the worst Vodafone app.
This app runs a service at background even you do not start the app. And the service is always running, draining battery and using system resources wastefully. Nowadays every app is seeing itself as the most important app ever. Just do not install.
Terrible... it is slow, buggy, bloated with tons of different things all put together and this app gives you notifications like upgrade tariff with just a yes and no.
