It seems that recently there were App update, fubction is not really good now, the app freeze suddenly, notification dosnt guide you to ur account.

I purchased and got bank message for payment and when I checked there was no order record for my order in the system!!!

Why does my review keep disappearing ? Refund policy is very very bad. I returned an item because it was damaged. It had a stain and a hole in it. They're suggesting a refund of less than half of amount paid. First and last time I shop at VogaCloset. ليش اللي اكتبه هنا يختفي فجأة ؟ طلبت ارجاع بنطلون لأنه كان فيه خرم وكمان وسخ. ردوا بأنهم سيردوا لي اقل من نص المبلغ اللي دفعته . اول وآخر مرة اشتري من عندهم.

I was relying on this app for my purchases very easy to use and delivery is fast , but once faced with returning the small size of a product I suffered to get my money back , and with there option tabby I'm litterly begging for my amount to be refunded to me which not even one installment was returned ,along with the extra fee charged from my returned item , better to look for an app that really refunds u what you paid , very poor and disrespectful service

The most important thing is honesty in terms of quality, availability and color. One of the best apps to shop for Karen Millen. Super super fast shipping. However, you cannot enjoy more than a coupon, meaning if u are offered a 20% discount, u cannot enjoy the free shipping hence you end up having less than 20% of course!! Shipping company ARAMEX is the worst everrrr.... however Voga use other shipping companies as well which is good.

Bad start .. all promo codes don't work even those provided by the store itself. Navigation through menus is not smooth, need to click back to return every now and then and filters are not optimized. Didn't complete my purchase and I uninstalled the app.

Its very very difficult to open the pictures to see the dresses or products on voga in general. And if I add to my cart it takes me ages to go back to main page. YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR APP. ITS VERY SLOW AND HEAVY TO USE .THATS VERY FRUSTRATING .becasus I really love to shop from your app 🙁

It has a problem verifying card payments after entering otp's. Been experiencing the same problem with various debit cards. Please fix this asap. If you cant then at least dont charge extra as a COD payment.. how annoying! 😑

Even 1 star is too much for this app and thier service. Igot my order on the 22/12/2020 some items are too big for me even I bought the smallest size And I want to return them on the application it doesn't show that I had made an order on it witch is strange,shein app is a new but morereliableandprofessional, I sent many emails to their customer service on the same day to return the items, they told on the 3/1/2021 Aramex guy will come and collect them and now 2 weeks and still waiting

The app not working

This is the worst clothing apps i ever seen,.. The material are too low quality and seems like i buy this in the scraft stores. The prize of any item are same from the price from the mall stores but the quality of the material its seems like for 5 riyals only...so bad!

I was given 3 different codes for 20% off, I was happy with one! Every one I tried was expired, so what was the point of the false offers. All tested in 24 hrs. Other than that disappointment, love your stuff.

Need more than 20% discount. You keep saying 80% and we will find it on one item barelly! And the get back go forward is annoying... need more accessibility features using best user experience practice in mobile apps.

So far I've been very satisfied with all the products i bought from this site. And i recommend it to friends. Plus they goods are quality and sizes chosen correctly fit perfectly 😊

After moments of using the app a pop message shows up suddenly "Invalid SLL certificat".. this error keeps taking me out of the app and its truly super annoying 😑 ... fix this please!

Best customer service I've ever had! I wish though the app would provide reviews on items. Just ordered for the 2nd time, looking forward to see the quality of the items myself.

I ordered from Voga website and payed 464 SR but they didn't get me the order and instead Aramex delivered an oreder for someone else that cost only 100 SR. And now I'm stuck with this. Aramex won't help cause the order they delivered had my name on it. And voga closet won't help me either because as they claim they sent the order to me. And I lost my money so I'm deleting the app.

I really like the some pieces have videos because it does help and shows more details so you can decide whether to order it or not .

Why are you charging for cash on delivery?? And also for home payment? Its too much i was buying a product of 114 riyal by adding all these money it became 181 riyals????😑😑

I added the code for discount but they did not deducted the discount amount. If you are not giving the discount then don't lie and deceive your customers.

This the worst applications and Web I have ever used and the quality of the products are horrible. I will not recommend any person to order from them and refund policy and exchange items are zero .

Good quality clothes.. They last you a while actually.. Compared to other applications for clothes delivery.. However.. The best option is sticking together abd helping eachother.. But it starts with one person at a time.. If we are not healed.. How do we move forward and get children and contribute in creating an ugly experience
