I am a major fan of this app. I looked at a number of apps that would allow me to make video, text and audio journals and this app does all three. I have been chronicling a journey of my life and being able to have it all in one place is awesome. I do have 2 request, please allow multiple pictures to be put in one entry and to be able to backup files from the app to an external device. At this time my video files are eating up all the memory on my phone. Thank you :-)
So far so good! Update 8/27/2020: the app used to work GREAT, but having problems with it recently. I recorded a video journal entry, it doesn't show it. Tried backing everything up to Google Drive, doesn't work anymore, the app freezes up. Sent an email to the developer, never got any response back. It's a shame too because it was doing good, then no more. Thinking about just uninstalling.. 11/22/2020: I'm convinced 100% that this app is now junk! Only thing I can do is record audio now!!?
At first, the app seems great. However, after typing my entry and saving, only so many lines show. It does not allow you to scroll to see the rest of the entry. Even if I click on the pen to edit, I can't scroll. At best, the top 1/3 of a line shows up, I click on it, can see that line and 1/3 of the next, etc in editing mode, but I'd like to be able to scroll through my entire entry/ read it at my leisure. Please fix or advise. If fixed, I will increase stars. Thank you.
Fantastic so far. There is only one thing I am disappointed is not available. Have a folder where I can back up or download the images, video, audio, and text, manually. There is a backup feature but it saves it in its own format. I have looked around my phones storage and can't find the folder where it stores everything. Also being able to save to SD would be nice. Besides those two things this is one of be the best apps.
ive been using this app for years, through several devices. every new device I've had no issues with synching data backup. until now. everything that was saved to my drive, seems to have disappeared into the ether with the new device change. it wasn't much, and mostly was unimportant, but its all gone now.
I've been using this app for a very long time now and I must say I'm impress for its user friendliness but there are certain issues that needs fixing. My only concerns were not being able to share it to other apps and not being able to back it up with Google Drive. Can I suggest for the next update to please fix the ones I mentioned?Badly need to fix t that backup feature for I might not be able to restore it once I'll be having a new device. One of the best diary apps out there! And it's all for a very less amount of space. The one thing is that I wish we could add already recorded videos. That would be a great deal! Pls fix it, and I'll rate it a 5! Really awesome app. If you're okay with takin videos on the spot take this app! It's amazing.
I love this diary.great functionality, you can record voice notes,take videos and photos all inside the application and of course write notes.great user interface,easy to use. I would just hope you can add the speech to text option. I would recommend this to anyone.
Originally gave high praises for this app. I did a phone upgrade today. On my old phone, everything is backed up to Google Drive. Tried to restore the back up on the app, and nothing happened. Nothing backs up, which means every single entry since beginning of May this year is gone. Please can someone contact me with regards to this. I keep pressing the option to restore, yet nothing happens .
This is just what I was looking for!! Only wish I could save it locally on my device. I can not save this at all. There is an option to backup with drive, but that doesn't work at all. I hate to lose what I have so far. Yet I don't want to keep using if I can not save it. Also, it doesn't scroll up and down easily. If you type up too long it won't scroll all the way down to view what you wrote.
It's genuinely a very good app with incredible features.When I get tired of typing I can easily record,with good sound quality. And the lock,no one but me has access to it.This feature can however be improved by adding a fingerprint lock option for even more security I'm impressed and would recommend to any hun who seeks a well developed,21s century diary
Dears, this is a great app. I have voice-recorded some very important notes. AND I CANNOT BACK THEM UP TO DRIVE!!! Which makes it a not-so-great app. Manual backup gives no results.If you could please kindly fix the manual backup. Or let me know what is the reason for it failing.
Very nice app with password protection where we can add text, audio images..however we should also be able to add videos and the text scrolling is not smooth and we should be able to select multiple pictures and add it our entry..very nice app though Edit- WORST APP EVER...I CHANGED MY PHONE AND I LOST ALL OF MY PRECIOUS MEMORIES FROM THE PAST 6 YEARS AS BACKUP AND RESTORE IS NOT WORKING AND THERE IS NO WAY OF SAVING DATA PERMANENTLY AND IT ERASED ALL OF MY DATA FROM THE BEGINNING
I love the fact that I can write, record voice and also add picture with the app but the problem is i cant move what I've written to another app. I can't even copy the text. I think sth must be done quickly abt this
It's great & pretty easy to use. It would be perfect if we could just choose a number of pics (in order of choosing) & then upload all of them at once,,instead of having to go to the gallery each time for each pic.
Received a reply from the app developer. There is slight room for improvement, especially if you have paid £6.99 to remove ads. Great that you can upload pics of your day experience without using the camera via the app, but why not introduce the same with a video. I like to create a 30 second video of my day activities using my basic video editing tool on my mobile and would love to have this function to be able to upload this edited video on my diary. Just a suggestion.
This app is just excellent. Just very few ads and easy to paste pictures, records and videos in your diary from the phone's gallery or taken at the time. The interface is simple yet lovely. Five stars all the way.
It's really awesome.. I feel so happy while using this app.. it makes me relaxed.. every options are available.. like we can write our dairy more effectively by adding photos, videos, voicediaries.. and so on.. Its also best for those who are lazy to write.. they can just record their memories..
THIS HAS IT ALL IN ONE EASY TO USE APP. I can write about my day. I can record voice memos, add pictures . . . everything that you would want in a diary is there, EVERYTHING!!!! I can't "share" . . . Everything all it's permissions are turned on. I do have a running a vpn.
Lot of bugs, voice stopped if the screen turned off, cannot rerun it againt until...also the diary dates every seitch btwn apps, it reset its view or date to current sometime we need to search...in another app and return back... and others bugs exist... and many features are limitted. Betwn sharing ... More and more bugs in pkaying and stopping a voice
It's very easy to use and is very user friendly but it still needs some updates. For instance, there should be more colours and font styles and it should also have an option to save data in the device. It should also allow to add pictures within the text and there should be a password protection rather than a pin......... Otherwise, this app is great. It still has many awesome features and takes up very less space.
