Voicemail
Do you use the voice mailbox services of Telekom for Mobile or At Home? If you use the new Voicemail app you no longer have to call your Mobilbox or SprachBox (IP) in order to hear your voicemails – they’re pushed straight to your Smartphone and tablet. Voicemails are clearly arranged in a dedicated inbox and can easily be listened to in any order you like.
Furthermore, the app enables you to easily manage all your mailbox settings such as greetings and call redirect etc. – for Mobile and At Home.
The Voicemail app is free of charge in all Telekom contracts. No charges apply in your domestic network for downloading messages.
SPEECH RECOGNITION
You want to retrieve your voicemails inconspicuously? Then opt fort he speech recognition feature. Voice messages will be automatically transcribed to text. This way you can read your messages similar to SMS.
VOICE MESSAGES FROM MOBILE
Install the app on your smartphone. If the service has not been activated for you yet, the app will do this for you. The next message you get will go to your inbox.
VOICE MESSAGES FROM LANDLINE
To receive your messages of your SprachBox (IP) in your Voicemail app, log in with your T-Online email address and the corresponding password of your IP-based Telekom access. If you recently got an IP-based access, you should have received a letter called ‚Ihre Persönlichen Zugangsdaten‘. Please use the ‘Zugangsnummern’ and ‘Persönliches Kennwort’ from that letter to log in. You can find more information at: www.telekom.de/sprachbox-pro.

Why do I need to allow phone calls and SMS if I only want to set up the voicemail of my landline?! I'm not even at Telekom with my mobile number! It "fails to login" when I deny those permissions (didn't even ask me for credentials) and I won't give them access to make phone calls, see my call history, read and send SMS! (not enough space to add this in German)
Telekom Voicemail is undoubtedly the best visual voicemail app out there. It doesn't work with every carrier though. Only for Telekom customers!
Requires me to go through an activation process every few months. That's annoying. Dear developers, please find a way to remember that this app has already been activated.
Basically good, however speech recognition stopped working months ago even though the app tells me my subscription is valid until August 2021 - which is both annoying and a waste of money.
Great tool for professional telephony. The continuous reconnecting is a disadvantage.
Sync. timeouts whenever I receive a voicemail, been like that for months.

Very helpful and convenient. Only a bit slow as the notifications comes a bit later than the original message to the phone system
English language support is lacking. As well it does not seem to support speech recognition on Android (Apple Visual voicemail type of feature)
Messages come in to my inbox sporadically. Sometimes days late.
Though I paid for it, most of my voicemails don't get transcribed. There's even no statement that "the message couldn't be translated" anymore.
It seems to me OK.
I try it a severely times and wait for update's but I didn't work either.
Hi. Application downloaded and paid for one year subscription. Can you explain why now, after having converted in text the messages for a while, it asks me to buy the one year subscription? I have paid and it will expire in almost one year, as visible in the play store.
I wrote to complain that I was receiving notifications only of calls with a recorded message, and they changed my settings so that I get notification of all calls including the ones without a message. Since then everything is perfect.
