Voicemail Saver

So far I love the app. I was able to download my voicemails easily and it worked. The only downfall is you can't share yet to be able to like use a gift using saved voice-mail. But the customer service guy said they are working on it and they were quick and great service. So hopefully they add that feature. Overall very happy with the app and would recommend

Phenomenal & Great Customer Service! TMobile wasn't able to save all of my Granddaughter's voicemails (if you know, YOU KNOW). I was having issues with my old, cracked phone and went I went online to get help - I received help within 45 seconds and then an actual phone call from the developer who walked me through a work around that fixed my issue in seconds! My precious granddaughter's voice is now saved, labeled and organized for quick retrieval. Thank you Voicemail Saver!!

I could not imagine a better customer support! I downloaded the app yesterday and had been having issues connecting my existing VM to the app. (It's an older model phone and I'm not the most tech savvy). I received an email today asking if I needed more help. I responded that I did, thinking I'd receive an automated email reaponse with troubleshooting. Instead, I received a prompt call from Arlus, who patiently and diligently walked me through steps. Wow! That's service! THANK YOU!

Seemed good but then got shady, different prices on each page after my 3 dau trial. A chat assistant asked me to send screen shots to a 3rd party phone number. Then I deleted

I haven't actually had a chance to use this app yet but I have contacted their instant chat service as I was having trouble creating an account. I dealt with a man called Arles Carballo and I have to say it was one of the best and most helpful interactions with a company's customer services or support service. He was extremely polite and went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I was able to set up an account. He was determined to help me and eventually got me set up successfully. A star

I cannot get ahold of anyone. Their live Chat doesn't work and I lost voicemails of my grandmother who no longer alive. This application is terrible and they are terrible company. I highly recommend you never use them. I don't have any of my voicemails from friends, my daughter's or my family singing Happy Birthday, Happy Mother's day. I'm devastated 😭. I can NEVER get my grandmothers voice again. Plus they keep trying to get me to subscribe again. Its not even been a whole month

I'm so excited to have this app, which works so well! My mom passed away three years ago and I've been so afraid that I would accidentally lose the last voicemail she left me. She sang Happy Birthday to me. I have to get a new phone, as mine will be obsolete soon and I was stressing over losing this voicemail. Now, I no longer have to worry about that. Thank you so much!

I had a few issues when it came to sharing my original voicemails at first, due to my phone provider making it quite difficult to export them. However, the app has a wonderful Live Chat option to seek technical support. Arles was dedicated to assisting me. We troubleshooted until a solution was found. In the end, I was advised to download a voice recorder, where I was then able to use the app properly. So grateful for the opportunity to hold onto my memories. Thank you! Reccomend this app fully!

What a wonderful app. I have a VM from my friend who passed recently at 99 years old. I was worried about losing it if I left it on my phone voicemail but the Voicemail Saver app has taken care of the problem! I highly recommend this app for saving important voicemails. I was having issues figuring out how to do the transfer to the app but Arles helped me get it done quickly. Great customer support as well as a great app.

I couldn't figure the app out and gave them a call & sent a text, asking for assistance. The VM Saver tech guy called me, walked me through it, and I saved all my voicemail messages. As I was on the phone with him, they were also texting me. Their customer service is great! I highly recommend it - especially if you have voicemail messages from dearly departed family members or friends that you never want to lose.☺

The app is great! The customer service is excellent. I downloaded this app because I switched phones and my older visual voicemails did not transfer. I was freaking out because they were voice mails left by my mom. I forgot the man's name, but he helped me fix the issue with my phone and helped me saved my voicemails onto the app. He was very patient and I'm forever grateful. Thank you very much. Yadi.

I've never reviewed an app before but had to with this one. Can only understand 4 or 5 star ratings here. Was able to move my precious voice memories from a completely full voice mail box to this app that I can actually search by word. So as if a functioning voice mail box wasn't enough, then I got two text msgs from the creators today to make sure I was happy. Seriously! I had read the other reviews that talked about this, but thought it was only for issues. Thank you for this wonderful app!

INCREDIBLE!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! Awesome people and app! I desperately wanted to save my Mother's last voice mails on my (Verizon) phone. This app not only allowed me to save her words to me but when I ran into difficulty trying to save, they called me and with unbelievable patience (I'm not the most tech savvy and I have a very old phone), walked me through step by step and worked around some issues because of Verizon. I cried when I saw it all worked. I couldn't be more thankful! Amazing app, amazing Customer Service, do NOT pass up downloading this app. Memories are priceless! Thank you again! Carolyn

I had a really hard time getting this to work because my phone was so old, but support (Arles) was fantastic! Not only did he call me to walk me through some options but then he called my cellphone carrier to find out more about my particular phone. In the end we got it to work. Once working, the app was easy to use and I have been able to save all of my important voicemails.

The instructions for this app are poorly designed. If you pay for premium voicemail ( I don't) why would you need this app? The home page for the app said no one was available for technical support, yet out of the blue someone from the company texted me after I already had spent hours with and without app trying to copy messages from my old device. The whole experience was a bad one. I had to ask for a refund twice before I was told to contact Google. This is my first and last app purchase.

This app did not help me save my voice mail at all, only works on visual voice mail app messages, not on older messages your phone carrier saves. App is also misleading by charging you $3.99 to download, harvesting all your information first, then you have to pay another $3.99 or more annually to use it. Also there chat option for help is a joke. Didn't work. Note: if you can transfer ur voice mails to there app/storage u can just as easily transfer them to any cloud storage for free. Refunded

Unlimited voicemail saves, easy user interface, great support ~ it's a great app for saving precious voice-mail.

My experience was highly extraordinary! I was on the verge of not being able to receive any more voice mail messages without deleting my most important messages! I found this Voicemail Saver and tried my luck at it on my Android phone. But much to my surprise, too many hurdles due to my inexperience. Then I reached my Rep. Arles! He was very professional highly experienced and very polite to say the least, especially during the morning hours of 3AM! Thank you so very much! Everything Works!

customer service for this app is excellent. i am having trouble with the app as far as forwarding the voicemails to voicemail saver and email issues. i spent time with the staff on several days trying to get it to work for me. in saying that, though the app does not work accurately for me.

Shortly after install I got a text from Voicemail Saver asking if I needed help. The customer support provided by Arles was amazing. We chatted multiple times of the course of an evening because I had to call Verizon for help to get my visual voicemail set up. Fantastic customer support, can't say it enough. Customer service started out great as noted above but when it came time to help me actually get my voicemails off their service, the customer service became poor and non existent.

Software does just what it says it will. I had trouble at first trying to transfer the VMs. Kinda gave up in fact. Next day I received a call from tech support who walked me thru, step by step. Not many vendors will call you after seeing no response with software installation. A great product!! AND, with great support.

My experience was unbelievable! I downloaded the app, but I'm technologicaly challenged. I tried to go to help chat, but it wasn't working. I was really upset because my amazing Mother just passed away and I was losing her last voicemails to me. I just thought I was out of luck. I was driving home and got a call from Arles from Voicemailsaver. I was floored! They had noticed the chat didn't work earlier and called to help. He patiently walked me through it and I am forever grateful!

So far.... I am so impressed with the developers and live help assistants. Even though the app isnt working for me yet they are hard at work trying to fix the problem. They are even calling me tomorrow to help me get the service up and running. Never...I mean Never.... have I experienced anyone on these apps being this helpfil and accomidating when something goes wrong. I guess I choose the right app for my needs. A+ guys. You will have me as a customer for life...😊😊

At first when I signed up for my Voicemail Saver app, I couldn't save my voicemails to the app. My carrier service provider won't let me. I lost all hope. I was very surprised when I received this email from Voicemail Saver tech support: Hello This is the VoicemailSaver. We noticed that you downloaded the VoicemailSaver but have not saved a voicemail. Do you need assistance saving your 1st voicemail? Arles Carballo Tech Support Arles was exceptionally helpful. He helped me out. Thanks Arles!

my experience in combination with my service provider fell a tad bit short but regardless I was able to understand file management my phone worked. the Developers have amazing customer service and are able to walk you through your entire process providing files to even negotiating with your service provider. I got what I needed in the end and was able to collect 300 voicemails unto my hard drive for memories. the time and attention they put in is astounding.

I have been trying to find something to save my priceless voicemails. I lost so many when I purchased a new phone 4 years ago. This app works perfectly! I had a little trouble at first but customer service called me and walked me through it! Thank You!
