I've missed out on so many things for awhile now because of it always saying tinkering with the server. I've missed task,completing items,gold,weed cutting blades and everything. I love these games and I have several but it's getting old not being able to get into my game. When I do get in the game tinkering with the server constantly pops up....
unlike the other 2 in the series this one isn't entertaining. 1st problem after you invite the 5 random friends to the game it doesn't register the fact that you did so you never get your reward. 2nd there's an ad every 15 seconds that you get stuck having to watch whether or not you want to. And 3rd there is no way to get swords for free in this version unless you either watch more ads or you buy them. And I'm not going to spend real money to play any game unless it's to purchase the game.
You start the game, you get bombarded with 6 popups all at once. After you close the popups, you get an ad, the intrusive kind that plays when it wants & doesn't give you any coins or boosts, then another ad plays immediately after, then you have 3 gigantic flashing arrows telling you what to do. This is a disaster. It's also a recycle of a Shipwrecked Castaway Island, with the exact same assets, dialogue, & quests.
Game hasn't loaded since the end of May 2021. I've contacted pop reach support numerous times and gone through many troubleshooting techniques they've suggested. This problem started the exact same day for both my wife and myself. We're running different cell phones so it's not specific to the phone. Unfortunately they still have not found a solution.
Big sign in top right hand corner wont go away wants me to invite friends but then won't let me.Told to register with pop reach I'd but can't find it. I haven't even played for an hour
Can't even launch the game without allowing it to access my phone calls. Um. No. Only game I have where this is a requirement. Uninstalled straight away. Edit after dev's response: This was the only game on my phone that required access to my phone calls. Clearly there's another way you could save data, if the 11 other games on my phone can manage to do it.
Fun, but sometimes not smooth. My decorations, like paths, tend to move around but usually return to original position later. Often missing an item that holds up further progress elsewhere. Team challenges could use a little more instruction sometimes.
I had to uninstall because of the annoying pop-up ads, the arrow that shows what's next to do that won't stop, the pressure of pop-up offers to spend real money to get gold. Also there are glitches that won't allow you to go back from the screen, you have to use your phone back button. The game is cute but I became very annoyed with bugging me. I just want to play the game without being bothered with the rest in my face.
Played for about a month. Game is quite unstable. Characters travel too slowly between tasks. Too many popups at game initiation. Popup saying everyone is busy you have to physically close is wholly unnecessary. Someone is always "tinkering with the server" making game unavailable for many hours, as long as an entire day.
The server is screwing up during this game. I just planted flowers and when I go back in to play it disappeared. Happened about three times. Gave up, sorry you guys just lost a player because you can't keep the game running properly.
NOPE I DONT WANT ANY NEIGHBORS NOR DO I WANT TO VISIT. UNINSTALLING THIS GAME. WILL BE DELETING DATA AND LOOKING FOR A GAME THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE ANY STUPID DUMBASS NEIGHBORS.
I Love this game! However, I haven't been able to play the last few weeks. It will NOT open it keep telling me to retry. I Don't want to Uninstall and reinstall because I Don't want to lose my progress. Can you guys please fix this issue? Its not my internet connection thats the problem the game just won't load 😒 Please Help!!
UPDATE: THIS IS NOT A GAME! It's basically a never ending " tutorial" of sorts that tells you what to do and when, EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY!. IVE SPENT AT LEAST $100 IN THE 1ST WEEK on swords n gold by simply following their instructions, and without the swords n gold, you CANNOT proceed further... DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY.. ALSO...Why would I email they read it right here???!! SMH! THATS WHAT THIS FEEDBACK IS FOR! If They cared-theyd quit the 'form' response to every feedback!
Though it would nice to have idea of where I should search when looking for something because I can't afford to buy more swords. Plus lately there is glitch that says lost the server and I can't connect.
Pretty good game, I played years ago and it would close down alot coming back from island trips. Seems to be fixed now, so overall good for what it is. Could be a little cheaper on the resources but its fine.
Um.. I'm not sure what's going on..I had over 3000 + coins earlier this afternoon. I closed the game and came back @ 6:28pm to find only a few hundred coins..one starring this. Not happy at all. I've had other issues with this game and a similar one by the same creator. Wasted a lot of time I cannot get back.
It's really hard to get sword, and also the chest took an hour to open yet gets only few resources. Pls lessen the time and add more resources especially sword. I'm enjoying this game, but it's not fun waisting time just by opening chest and boxes.
love these games but alot of problems with freezing and not letting me into game kept saying Ben must be tinkering with system again now it asked me to update and I did but then when I leave and come back later ask me to update every time instead of letting me continue gamekeeps saying either Jane or Ben must be tinkering with system again exit game....please get this game working right again.....
people if yall want to get adds off your game u have to be a sword or gold buyer thats the only way. edite: there is no adds after u lvl up after u buy swords or gold. other then that either buy swords or gold people or stick with the adds up to yall so enjoy your adds in stop crying about it. thank yall for making a great game yall deserve 5 stars 😀😀😀😀😀
Fun game, but once you run out of swords, which happens quickly, you have to either purchase more our very, very slowly collect more.
Why do you need permission to make and manage phone calls for this game? I uninstalled immediately after denying permission but now am bothered that your app actually got on my phone. You do not allow the game to proceed unless given permission to MAKE and modify phone calls. Makes no sense you needing that kind of access and I feel you should explain.

Was a good game at first until it forces you to invite 5 friends. If you don't have them, you don't have them. You shouldn't be forced to do that task, and if you dont, the tutorial pop up won't go away, really annoying.
Most clicks are unresponsive but when they catch up... Youve lost more then it required to begin with, plus energy takes to long to replenish
its a very nice game..fun to play and very addictive.. The only problem is its very hard to earn money...so it would take so long to build something expensive..
Why in the world do I need to give this app permission to make and manage phone calls? And I can't play because I said no. Are you for real? I was looking forward to playing this game. I love playing games and I rarely see this kind of permission but at least with other games I was able to say no and keep playing. It is sketchy that I can't play unless I say yes. No Thank you smh.
Game stopped working. A month ago Shipwrecked paradise stopped working. I used to give high ratings for these games because I enjoyed for many years. Now disappointed that I made purchases on the games with no way play or get reimbursed.
All of the shipwreck games say the same thing, there is a problem with the servers. I installed and uninstalled them several times. it seems to be only with popreach games. I guess i wont be playing.
I absolutely love this game! I have been playing it for years now. However, when you change devices you cannot change this game over and continue from where you left off. You have to start all over again! Years of progress lost! I cannot find a way to relog into a previous account. I have done this twice now. Each time I started over because I love it so much but can't continue my previous game.
