Voliz - Poll on WhatsApp

I created a never ending private poll, and it worked in the beginning. I shared the poll with 7 contacts. After receiving 3 votes, the app was showing an error, and I wasn't able to receive any further votes. The poll still shows running. I tried sharing it with one of my other numbers and tried voting from it myself. It still wouldn't reflect. I even uninstalled the app, and installed again. It still wouldn't work.

Great work! But I'm gonna install this app. This app cannot record votes when data is switched off. Here in Nigeria, we do jot have the luxury of bandwidth and power supply to have our mobile data switched on 24/7. You may want to work on that. Also, the votes are not recorded correctly. I had 5 votes on an item, asked someone to vote on another item and it recorded the new vote but deducted one vote from the existing 5 votes. Makes the statistics not reliable. Kindly work on that too.

I have updated to the new version. My suggestion before has already been in this new version. Thanks a lot. Another issue is when I sent polling to my colleagues by personal message (WA), then he/she replied by PM after clicking link, the polling result on app didn't update automatically. Kindly fix this issue. Also, you can make polling owner able to add polling result manually as a backup when the app can't update automatically. Thanks before...

Works as expected but the automated text messages and poll sharing text could be so much cleaner. (Just one link to view the poll, vote, and see results would be better than the wall of text it currently makes.) Maybe I'm just picky.

It's a great concept. I was excited to use the app but became disappointed when I shared the poll and 1 of 3 links for the options did not work. Voters had to resort to typing their choices.

A very good app indeed. But not seeing the results information auto updating when switchingbetween tabs. Instead I have to close the app and relaunch to see updated results. Could you look into this?

App is good but I was expecting something that won't redirect to the browser. I don't know if whatsapp://send can be called automatically without user interaction. Anyways simple and elegant interface.

It works well but with some view lapse. Heading cant be edited. Voters can change their choice at anytime. I think once voted, one should be denied another voting. Again, links are easily shared with other to vote. since it is open to everybody.

Great idea, poor execution. Answers to the Polls do not appear in the group chat and instead are sent as individual messages to me - making it pointless as everyone is supposed to see the results. Furthermore when we received 3 votes they didn't even appear in the poll in the Voliz app. Missed opportunity.

It works as expected but should have an option for people to write in an answer. Also you can't edit or delete after you create it. Only can make them inactive. Also allows people to vote twice which is a con.

Great app, just a bit disappointed after the change to html web hook for the poll. We don't get the users telephone number to verify the person when we check the votes. Previously the whatsapp was used for the voting. Is this still possible to display the contact number of the person?

Pretty and intuitive, but as far as I can see approval voting (selecting multiple options) is not possible, so I can't use it for things like finding the best date or best option that works for most people :/

Excellent app but need some more features like add image to poll about poll.. Help desk is not active , i have no response for my querys through mail...

I Started a poll completely dependent on the reviews of this application. But believe me, it was a subject of my respect and it has been ruined, I am being made fun of all thanks to this application, when I uploaded the link to poll, more than HALF of three people couldn't vote. USE SOME OTHER APP, BUT NOT THIS ONE.

Very intuitive and realible so far.. Every one voted and recorded accordingly. But I as creator of the poll, can't vote? As I received message saying I did not installed any whatapp on my phone.. in reality I'm using 2 whatapps, i.e business WA and normal WA ( I got 2 phone number)

The App works perfect for my use case. It'd good to have exact times and also to have a list of voters and check who all didn't vote.

Tried a number of surveys and none of the votes were tabulated, not the total tally of votes registered. Tried all suggestions provided by app but dissappointing as there were ni results shown. 0 Votes. I was using an andriod phone for this.

Something innovative and much needed to create poll on WhatsApp. only one suggestion the poll screen should be refreshed automatically because after receiving messages in notification bar I have to click on refresh button.

Votes not tallied in app. I got a message from 1 vote and none from the others. It is easier and more reliable to put each option as a separate message in whatsapp and get poeple to like the message/option they prefer

The app was great. Hope it has button for edit the vote option and question. And would love if the it is can be sort by ranking.

Very good👍. But, sending a copy of the message to your Volitz whatsapp inbox is confusing. It should be an implied work within your app.

App is good but the only thing that bothers me is that each poll response sends a seperate chat in WhatsApp. I can see the poll results from your app itself.

The app is superb. However, it would be better if the app have a provision to capture voters details first before voting. This would be to ensure that only intended voters voted.

It doesn't seem to allow the person who creates the poll to actually vote in it, which is annoying. It won't count my votes at all if I'm the creator.

When I click the send " OTP " I get reply of internal error " !DOCTYPE html " What should I do to correct this ?! Hi, I have updated the app , still have the same message !!

Really an amazing app, wish this could also be accessed by the voters using social bundles, like whatsapp bundles rather than data bundles only. Some are failing to vote via WhatsApp as it requires data bundles only

This app is great because i was looking everywhere for an app to do poles and couldn't find one, the only thing I would say is that their are a bit but but that's not to bad

Its not working. Polls are timing out. When I finally got it to create, the link is not working. It worked well in the past.
