1.The running options doesn't calculate distance correctly & I am a runner 😭😭😭😭. It has nice features, but unless for the very purpose I bought it for, so I guess I will have to buy a "proper" smart watch 😫. 2. I have very sensitive skin, so the "anti-allergic" strap was definitely a plus 4 me... but now that I have had it 4 over a ear, it has started irritating my skin & causes a rash, so I cannot wear it 4 too long
Got a new phone and when the smartswitch was complete my volkano app was upgraded. The new app no longer picks up my watch (vk-5068) from a list to connect and the search function doesn't find my watch iether. My watch is basically useless now and I barely have it a year.
I have my watch for 11 days now and the screen just went black, I tried charging it, nothing happens, I have googled on how to restart the watch but nothing seem to work. If you can help, please advise. I love the watch and paid alot of money for it not to work after 11days.
I also have problems with searching for the watch to connect. It shows searching, but it's not. It just freezes when searching for the watch. So that tells me something is wrong with the app. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again. Same thing happened. Please fix the app. This is really frustrating.
I am enjoying Volkano Smartwatch V-5064. Battery is excellent and the accuracy is great. Can you make the notifications longer (fill the watch screen) and probably be able to read the whole message
My watch keeps disconnecting and then the watch won't turn on... if it doesn't switch off it freezes yoooh this is annoying
For some reason my VOLCANO system refuse to update from version 0.0.6 to newest version. My watch an phone next too each over but no success.
I got this watch in December 2021. And tried to connect it to the app on my phone but it wont connect and says the app is incompatible with the smartwatch. It hasnt even connected once on my Sumsung A30s cellphone. I dont what is wrong with this thing. Im completely disapointed and feel like i have wasted my money on buying this watch. I have tried may different ways and in different tines to connect my phone to the watch through the app and the bluetooth but ayi shame. 🤷🏿♂️. What a waste.🗑
This watch I got on Christmas day(25 December 2021), didn't want to connect to my phone. I ask my brother to help me connect it and it finally worked but from 26 December, the watch disconnects by itself. I keep uninstalling the app then I re-installed it, after that I opened the app so i can set up my profile and stuff. On the next day, When I open the app on my phone, its shows connected but when I look on my watch, its shows disconnected.
I had everything working perfectly, watch connected to Google fit as well. Then I did the recent update and suddenly Google fit connection is gone and my phone won't connect to the device. Whatever you broke please fix it. Cos you've now essentially reduced a pricey purchase to a simple watch which I could've gotten for cheaper.
App giving problems. Couldn't reconnect my watch. I deleted and re-downloaded the app. No I can't search for the watch. App tells me that "search function is to frequent" So the app does not allow me to search. If I could, I'd give no stars at all
Hi I have lost count of how many times I have installed and uninstall.When I first got my watch it worked fine now it has stopped counting my steps.This is very disappointing since I received it as a 🎁 gift...could you please fix this problem all the other features work except the step counter.
Please fix every thing that doesn't work and make an update that makes everything work and please fix the distance measurements and the running stop and play and save 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I have to re do my reminders everyday. Why I never use to do it. I set it for the week and it stays like that. Now it doesn't
Phone keeps disconnecting from watch after a day or 2. Then the app just says connecting, but doesn't connect at all. Have to re-install app and start all over. Please fix this ASAP.
Mine it says "search operations too frequent, please try again...." Anyone to help me wat to do there please....i once connected it....but then its just saying that.... from nowhere
Connect to google fit doesn't appear in app as shown in the faq video. Even with your latest "bug fix" connect to google fit is still not there. Also my watch now loses connectivity more
Since i done the last update, to the new version of the volcano app, the phone doesn't automatically sync with the watch which leaves the time incorrect on the watch all the time and it is very difficult to constantly get it to reconnect via Bluetooth. Its such an inconvenience to constantly get it to sync, just so that the watch can have the right time on. The previous version worked perfectly.
This is one of the most useless apps I have ever seen. The bt connection constantly disconnects or will only stay connected if the app is open the whole time - which completely defies the purpose of having the watch in the first place. Even if you do everything exactly as instructed, notifications DO NOT get pushed to the watch and yes, for the millionth time, all required permissions are set. Rather go for a Garmin watch as I hear its app is way better.
No messages or Whatsapps gets pushed to my watch. Vibration is very soft, almost don't feel it. Time screen display changes by itself all the time and reminders don't go off!!! I am not happy that I bought this product.
Very happy. I've never been an exercise person with vokano I am inspired to walk. Great to see steps and all else. I have a mental illness so this is fantastic for mind and body. I can already walk 8000 steps a day. Some days 10000 steps. Definitely will tell people to use Volcano.
The app is simple and easy to use but sometimes it doesn't capture my correct sleeping time if i wake up in the middle of the night or when i take a nap.
The watch doesn't want to sync with my phone, honestly if it was up to me I'd give this app and the brand no stars! Money wasted to be honest.
I mean I love how it works with the app connecting with the smartwach, but there's two problems I find annoying. The first problem is that I get kicked out of the app alot then I have to reconnect the wach. It's really annoying. The second problem is that the heartbeat sensor doesn't work properly. It will go from 55 to 100 bpm randomly. If there could be salushions to this, pls fix it.
