Pay simply and contactlessly with your smartphone

Install the Volksbank Pay-App and activate your digital debit card (Maestro card) in just a few steps. You can pay easily and contactlessly with your smartphone on the go and leave your debit card at home. Keep your smartphone close to an NFC-enabled payment terminal and pay amounts up to 25, - Euro without PIN entry. For higher amounts, please enter your PIN at the POS payment terminal - as with your plastic card.

With just a few clicks you can easily transfer money to phone contacts anywhere

With the ZOIN feature you can send money directly to contacts from your smartphone, you do not need an IBAN or BIC of the recipient.
If you wish, you can transfer amounts up to 25, - Euros immediately from the Volksbank Pay-App without entering a PIN. You yourself can make these settings in your Pay App.
The maximum daily limit for transfers / payments is 400, - Euro, the weekly limit is 1.000, - Euro.

All customer cards always and clearly manage

In the Volksbank Pay-App, you can manage your existing customer cards clearly and now you always have your customer cards with you.
 

Maximum security through SCA-compliant login

The new SCA-compliant login makes the Volksbank Pay-App even safer. With your username and password, as well as the release of a check digit in your Volksbank ID app, you can get into the Volksbank Pay App. As soon as you activate the Finger Print, you can also conveniently enter the Volksbank Pay-App via fingerprint. For your own safety, we recommend that you only use the Finger Print function on your smartphone yourself - ie. Do not give other people access to your smartphone via fingerprint.
