I've never had trouble with the app logging me out it had always worked perfectly for me, until now. It seems something has changed and it takes forever for it to focus on a barcode to scan it. It would be helpful if it could go back to what it was with the red line on the screen. Another helpful change would be for the system to remember what label I've selected and default to that each time.

Newest update makes me go back a page to scan again. Doesn't scan half the barcodes and takes forever to pick it up. Won't let me scan a printer barcode to link up to it. I have to put it in manually. Randomly kicks me out of the app and I have log back in. Takes me longer to do my job. Also there is not a pick list feature and no doorbell feature

Honestly, before this newest update the app worked just fine. Now I dread having to use it. The geolocation isn't accurate (worse than before), there is no scan button in an already scanned item page so I have to go back to the home screen to scan another item (very unhelpful), and it shows EVERY SINGLE ITEM on Rollback and a Feature (VERY VERY unhelpful). It's also very unappealing to look at. JUST ROLL IT BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION THAT WORKED PLEASE!!!!!

This app was working fine before the update. Never had it problem with it focusing while I was scanning. Now you need to tap for it to focus. Most of the time it doesn't. All it does is waste time having to re scan the same thing numerous times before it recognizes th e bar code!

Never had many problems other than the main updates. The update on 3-8-21 has messed up my phone froze it complete reboot to factory reset to get it up an running. Used to flip from camera to volt to work page as I work and report. Now? I have to close each window scroll down to the icon and open a new window which doesn't sound bad unless you think about how many questions and photos we have in any given service order.

Crashes constantly. Been an issue since first update. Even with new bug fix, the app will stop reading barcodes after a while and not even restarting it will fix the problem. Margin information by UPC, as used to be available to us, would be helpful to add so we don't waste management time on less profitable brands.

A most ridiculous update that now forces the program using it to connect to volt by going back to Google play for absolutely no apparent reason, then as if that was not all ready a complete waste of time, the scanning the upc,s (pretty much the only reason to need this) won't work on most shelf labels or if referencing through a tablet and then if you type in the upc it will ignore you and go back to the home screen.

This app is complete garbage. Im a vendor for walmart and required to use it. It constantly logs me out and when logging back in (which takes about 5 mins) deletes every bit of work I have scanned in. Thats if it allows me to log back in without having to change my password for the umpteenth time. This app is a total waste of my time!

Last update has screwed everything on it up. Making me go through unnecessary steps for no reason & can't scan half the time. Plus new login is dumb. Why do I need to login so much when before it kept my information and saved me a headache everyday. Just go back the way it was, this makes my job a lot easier when it works right & when it doesn't it turns very bad. Quick.

Horrible app logs you off on its own and difficult to log back in at times. In rural areas with problem wifi and internet connection major problems. Very poor connectivity, very slow speed, and if it is storming, just forget it. App definitely needs work!!!

I would give this app no stars if I could. Since the update it constantly goes in and out of the sign-in page, you have to constantly, and I mean at least three or four times a day log back into it. When you scan a price you shouldn't have to go out and then go back in and go out and go back in. It is the biggest waste of time and it needs to go back to the way it was. It is by far more detrimental to my job than it is helpful.

After updating app, Im having a hard time scanning products. I have cleaned my phone's camera, but even after that I am still having issues with scanning. Please fix! Also is using a TON of battery life, and bogs my phone down if running in background. Not good for having to use for an 8 hour shift!

Multitude of issues followed this app once downloaded. Frequent freezes (also when not using app), ui issues, security warning messages, battery drain, random app log outs. Upon deleting app, all issues stopped. Probably would help if app wasn't listed outside Play Store as "unknown source". Needs working on before i will be comfortable risking my personal $700+ phone and info.

Your app crashes several times a week. This makes doing my job harder. I've got entire days where the app will show I did nothing or less than what I've actually accomplished dude to infinite load times or "session expired" errors.

Since the new update, I'm constantly having to log in throughout my shift, I'm not getting correct data for the store I'm working in, I'm always having to back up to scan a new item, and my scanner settings are always being reset. Please fix all the glitches or un-update the system?

I dont know9 what everyone is talking about the new update is no good when it clearly is better than before. Location is better, the scanner is tremendously better, and an all around good layout. Maybe its just the user or the users outdated phone that cant handle all the processes. There is a couple of glitches but per the email that every one recieved that has the app will be fixed in no time.

Was great before the update. Touch to focus is terrible. Harder to focus. Now it won't let me in. I sign in, it flutters, then says my session expired. Tried uninstalling, no use. Can't use now. Very frustrated.

Too many issues 5.0 version sucks even worse! Now it doesn't fit properly on screen and words are overlapping and numbers are cut short in search. Have to hit back button to search next item.

Garbage. As always, every update makes this app more useless, slow and inefficient. Just give us the old one back. We all know it sucked to, but it was quicker to use at least. If I didn't need this to do my job, I would delete it. Now my job takes longer to do, thanks

Not happy with update. Unable to scan store labels unless you are extremely close to label. Before I used to be able to scan a label inside of a case if needed. Not liking this new update.

it's a shity app and it never works and the only support that they give you when you call them it's just simply to uninstall and reinstall the app and change your password and it still doesn't work right don't bother wasting your time.

Locations are jacked up so, the checkin does not work correctly. Troc meets in the front of the store and not behind the store. Garbage. I check in and it doesnt read until I walk out back to construction area. What a sham. Garbage app

Needs some work. Aside from any loading situation making virtually any device think the app isn't responding, why you can't also search by product name is beyond me. Also would be nice if stores would actually keep the isle and position info updated, and maybe put in that info for scheduled and traited features. If I had the source code, I'd probably fork it and just fix it myself, since using it is required for my job. Thank goodness for UPC databases online!

Will not load, freezes on home screen and shuts down without checking into the store your working at. Or maybe it's the Communism in my Android Phone... either way, even online doesn't work and it's a web page, runs and looks like Windows Vista like its 1999... Y2J was right

This app has been downloading for almost two hours and it's still only 54% complete. If I have additional issues with usage and continues to drain my battery, it will need to be removed from my phone. What a waste of time!

barely functional and invasive. used with no problem yesterday and now unable to login or reset password as the email i used to sign up seems to no longer be in their system. dont even work for walmart, shouldnt have to deal with this.
