It's terrible, takes ages to open and load. Once it is open I can't download my statements due to a mobile security policy. It defeats the purpose of security. This is by far the worse app for email I have used but stuck into it due to amex using it to send statements. Stay away from it!

Connection failures on send every single time. I can't believe they somehow invented a worse way to send something securely. It's more convenient to jump through hoops to get an official document copy from the government and send it certified mail at the post office.

Rubbish app total useless system doesn't work . Contacted support team no reply or help received. It wasted my time

I have to use this to get paid from one of my customers. About to be one of my ex customers. This is a game of cat and mouse. The runaround continues...

I wish they would use Signal. Signal works and comes highly recommended and can even do secure phone and video calls. This program is secure because you cannot get into it so all you data is secure even from you. Hard to use. Pain in the neck Just tried using it again. Still terrible and difficult to use. No the least bit intuitive. Not sure why you would use it when there are much better apps available.

This app does not work. I am not able to open secure messages from my insurance company. Error message says "Mobile version does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web-based reader." So when you click on OK, you assume it will then switch to a web-based reader, right? WRONG. It just opens to the last page opened in Chrome, with the "web-based reader" page nowhere in sight!

I don't know if it's the insurance company's fault or this app developer's fault but this app fails to do it's sole purpose, open secure web files. Error says "Mobile Edition does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web-based reader." and then it sends you to a Voltage website which downloads an un-openable file without an extension. No settings can be changed. Poor design and there are no alternatives provided by my insurance company. Will change my review if this issue is cleared up.

Can I give zero stars? Aetna requires this, for reading their emails (which are encrypted), but after installing twice, attempting to read the email attachment with MY HEALTH BENEFITS RELATED INFO, WHICH HAS A DEADLINE, this app keeps telling me: "The mobile application does not appear to be enabled". It then says it's switching me to a web based solution, but that fails to open the file.

Trash. I have no idea why Aetna continues to use it. It will not allow me to open secure emails from my phone. Says something like, "Mobile edition does not appear to be enabled." Tech said that it must be an issue with my mobile device and suggested I find somewhere to view from a computer. Pfft. Get with the times.

PURE GARBAGE I had to install it to view an employer email. No matter how many times I installed this garbage into my Mobile, Desktop, in different computers, notebook, tablet, it never opened the file. It kept giving me errors: ""Error Mobile edition does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web-based reader. PURE GARBAGE.

Got it to work on first try. Not very intuitive but had no problems. Thought I'd just mention this as so many people seem to be having problems. you just need to download the app. then forget about it. when you get an email from your provider click on the attachment html file. it'll walk you thru and you will see the full message.

Useless! Did everything it said to do: Installed, opened the email, click the 'message_zdm' attchmt, select 'open with Voltage', Voltage opens, click 'next' (the only option to click), then get error "mobile not enabled switching to web based". Then browser auto-opens and some random 'Android' 299kb file is downloaded (NOT my attchmt), which also gives an error when i try to open it. After all that, i STILL CANT get to my attachment. USELESS APP. YES IM IRRITATED! Who has time for this?!

A non-standard app that is only compatible with the very recent Android versions, not backwards compatible at all. Impeded important email communications between myself and healthcare coordinator. Due to incompatibility issues, probably delaying and complicating the care and communications of many patients in IMO.

had to download this to view a secure email from Aetna. when i opened the email in this app (after being forced to allow the app access to my storage, camera and contacts). the app crashed and stated it was going to open the email in a web based reader. Which pointed me back to the app. Uninstalled the app less than 5 minutes after installing it.

Terrible failure...doesn't work at all. I install thin on my Google pixel 3 in order to simply read an encrypted email from my insurance company. The app installed ok, but when I tried opening the attachment the app just displayed a message "the mobile version is not enabled" and redirected me to the browser.

Pau. R. Jan 27, 2020

I followed the steps to register an account, download the app, and set a pin on my phone. I still cannot open the attachment my healthcare provider sent. It switches to a "web based version" of the app and wont display the attachment. It fails at what it is supposed to do.

seems like a app that means well but is not helpful. My Health insurer send me a secure mail using this app to send the requested information. so I downloaded this app, but when I go to open, it says I cannot open the app without a password or a finger swipe to confirm who I am and such. However, that overlay doesn't go to a screen where I can actually enter said information. so the functionality seems bad, how can I sign up for voltage, if it's not giving me the screen on my phone?

This app wants access to your phones contacts and photos in order for you to use it to read a secure message. If you don't give aceess you can't use the app. Why do they need to look at your private photos just so you can read a word doc? Refused!

I joined to receive secure email from Chase. This app is trash. It doesn't work. It won't allow me to change passwords. It throws programming errors at the end of attempting to change a password. Total turd.

I downloaded this app in order to open encrypted information from my insurance company. I was informed by the app that I couldn't open the file until I set a pin, but it doesn't give me a way to set the pin, just closes. EVERY TIME. This is useless, I cannot open the file. Exactly who is in charge of the fixed for this and why don't you fix it?

ant. m. Jan 23, 2020

Doesnt work. "Mobile edition does not seem to be enabled", error discription. That, with no option to enable. This app is going to go down in flames if they don't get a mobile version working. Your ostracizing 99% of your potential users. EVERYONE uses mobile. Yall can waste your time downloading, you can get it to work. Lol.

Jam. S. Jun 22, 2020

Worst. Service. Ever. Complete hassle that's being abused by companies in the name of "security". (I really don't need an encrypted email to let me know you're working on my application.) No email history in app/service either so if you don't keep the useless email in your standard client there's no way in this app to review old messages. Avoid at all costs.

Jos. V. Jun 12, 2020

Worst app I've ever tried to register for. My phone number doesn't appear in options for confirmation code and you can't a new one. Same thing with email who has time to deal with this. Not user friendly. Dont need extra headaches jus try to get in network doctor contacts in my area

Ell. Jul 31, 2020

Extremely user unfriendly. Keeps telling me that my authentication token and asks me to reauthenticate. Then it tells me that I am locked out due to too many password attempts. There is no way to read the email. It worked previously, even though it was user unfriendly.

Col. N. Jul 1, 2021

...and round we go again. "Mobile edition does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web based reader ", okay, ah "your file could not be accessed"...and again

A. G. u. Aug 1, 2019

I need the info on the attachment now but it doesn't open properly. The app doesn't automatically set the proper defaults on the cell phone. Help button gives ideas but doesn't help at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

A. G. u. Mar 23, 2019

Disgraceful this app wants access to my contacts and photos. Secure email but arrogant enough to want access to my data. The authors/management are totally out of touch with reality.

Same issue as Juanita V. Can't open app without a password or fingerprint confirmation, BUT no option to enter either, Sooooo I'm not able to use the app to open encrypted emails. THIS IS NOT A USEFUL APPLICATION - VERY FRUSTRATING.
