Note 20 Ultra with Android 12 update: does not open from Quick Panel button as it did in Android 11 - button shows but cannot use. Some issues with maintaining preset levels, but in general very good and fully customisable. Looking forward to the promised Android 12 app version. Nothing since Sept21 but have tried others, so willing to wait... Thanks to developer for reaching out.
Great app, but every single time it's updated it breaks my layout/design and I have to start again from scratch. Every. Single. Time. One time, after an update, it just permanently left the volume control panel on-screen. I couldn't turn my phone off to reset it because the volume panel was in the way. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. I do appreciate the hard work that goes into making this. Edit: Thanks for reply. Changed rating as last update was fine.
Really like this app! On occasion, when I turn my volume up/down, both the stock Android volume slider and this slider come up, then the volume goes all the way up or all the way down and I have no control over it for several seconds. However, I think this may be due to how garbage my phone is. This is, again, very rare. Works well and customization is limitless! Note to the devs- Could you make it so the slider can be placed higher on the screen?
I've tried a few apps that have the little sliders on the edge for volume, but they don't come out far enough to use well and it takes multiple attempts. And then if it's too loud, more attempts. For this one, you just swipe at the bar (works first time) and it brings up multiple vertical volume sliders and makes it super simple to adjust multiple volumes! I love it and found my keeper! :-)
Update: performed an uninstall and reinstall to get the opening prompts on permissions based on developers suggestions (for whatever reason, altering them on their own had no effect). Once that was done, it's working fine. Great when it works, but most of the time my system reverts back to default volume indicators. All settings are correct. I'd say this all works about 60% of the time for me on an S10+.
The app is constantly being updated with bug fixes and new features very often, for example any issue that is present in one update is always fixed in the next one. The volume sliders look very nice and always work well with exceptions such as Instagram as it just doesn't work there, however it seems as there is no possible fix for this so I won't give the developer a bad review for it. Good job developer and please continue going 😁
Issue; Despite turning on the volume override, it keeps going back to the standard volume UI after a very short while. Only opening the app, turning override off and on again, and restarting the phone makes it work. Then it goes again... Is there a bug? It would be a 5 star app if it worked without this little flaw. Reply; Battery saving already disabled and I don't have / use Instagram.
This is a great app with tons of customization and functionality. I find the volume panel native to android takes up a lot of space, so I made the background of the one I customized on this app transparent so it's just the slider bar on its own (kind of like iOS). It's much cleaner, and functions beautifully. I wanted something simple, but if you want to zazz it up without compromising on actual performance, this is the right app for the job :)
Great app that does exactly what I wanted with no bugs spotted so far. Great customization options that allow me to set things up how I like. However, I am prevented from giving it all five stars since the vibration when expanding the volume panel is too strong and long lasting, and cannot be turned down. A minor critique, but having some way to customize the vibration feedback upon expanding the panel would be nice in the paid version of an app.
This app is incredible! I've tried 3 others like it and they all had issues or lacked features or were way too overpriced! This app is a fair price, works great and has lots of features and customizability. I especially like all the redundancies to make sure it doesn't accidentally get closed, like running as a service, auto renabling accessibility service permissions if they get turned off by Android or by mistake, etc. Just buy it, loads better than stock, especially OneUI.
Serves the purpose but highly unreliable. I saw this app in one of the YouTube videos and downloaded the free version right away. It worked pretty great initially and i got the pro version within an hour but to my surprise now this app stops functioning most of the time. I have set the battery optimisation to "do not optimise" and have granted all the permissions but sometimes the app stops and the only way to start again is to re-open the app. I have also locked the app in the task switcher.
Thank you for such an amazing application. On my phone when I change the volume it only does the ring volume and not notification volume. This app is great as I can easily change both volumes easily without having to faff about going into the phones settings. My one complaint is that while changing the volume while watching Netflix it will pause Netflix until the volume slider disappears. The screenshot button is also amazing.
Is there anyway for the it to default to lower media volume instead of just opening the app? If some media starts playing randomly it would help to be able to lower the volume quickly by hitting the down button. Just purchased the app again. Thanks for the feature. Give him a reasonable comment and he responded right away and implemented the feature in a few weeks. Great app
The design of this app is awesome, customization options are perfect, and usability is so much better than stock since I can move the volume panel to either side of the screen. My only issue, which is probably an OxygenOS bug (notorious for closing apps in the background aggressively), is that after a certain period of time the app seems to close and the stock UI comes up when using the volume buttons. OnePlus devices might have this issue, but otherwise it's a great app!
Decent overall. Very configurable but not overly complex, reasonable footprint, and a nice widget. Also like that it apparently doesn't invade privacy. Appreciate that it's evolved into general settings panel. Auto-rotate shortcut not working is probably due to it being overriden by another background app. Requires re-enabling Accessibility after closing.
Excel, excelent, great, application is and built very well and with good essentialy needed options to tweak or trigger, i dont think i need to drop a star because of the TRIGGER not having transparency to clear or invisibilities! Or not having the ability to move the volume pop -up widget to a more convenient place due to what size screen iam using or controls to control it, (volume) ! Or the option to have numerous triggers or gestures . Itiswhatitis = One of the best android volume controlers
Makes volume slider look like it does on Android 10, which is nice since idk when I'll actually get 10 on my note, being that Samsung is notoriously slow with updates. Except that this app never works for more than a few seconds. Everytime I bring down my notification shade, it reverts to the usual Samsung volume interface until I manually activate the app again by tapping on its icon. I'll be asking for a refund until maybe they can make this work properly.
This is a great application, especially if you have devices like the Galaxy fold, or Mate X, using the volume buttons on these phones seem to be more awkward, and with most folding phone cases not protecting the volume buttons, this app stops surface wear if your going to sell the phone on, also great to have no ads, there's only one thing I couldn't find in the apps options and that's to have the actual volume control slider show in the notification panel, but great job developers, thank you
Great job! I bought pro even though free version had no adverts, I added a gesture in Nova to it too. Works perfectly, cheers! Edit: The UI rewrite is fantastic, everything is so organized now and easier to find, new options are excellent also, double cheers!
Either way, this is nice. What I mean is that, whenever I open the volume panel, the YouTube video shrinks to Picture-in-Picture size. Maybe not everyone uses PiP, but it can be frustrating for those who do to need to get it full screen again after a volume change.
Love this app it is totally set up for anyone to use and figure out this makes going back and forth to setup or settings then so on now with this app you can handle it on the fly make it as fast or ski to be right where you put it as your setting up the app awesome thanks guys and I believe I took them full total deal worth everything and they hook it up even when it free awesome totally rock sloman is white knuckle slave every day
I loved it. But it stopped overwriting the system volume keys. I grant the permission but still wont work. Edit: Thanks for the response. It happens even without any app open. Edit 2: It was indeed a system issue. Thank you for your help and attention. You guys rock.
Easy to use . Awesome interface. I know that the developer behind this application is pretty skillful from his other application "Shortcutter" which I bought several years ago and which is a masterpiece , still often updated with new features added and I didn't waver even for a second whether to buy this one or not. Thank You,Dear developer! Trust me,guys!. You won't be disappointed!
This app is so good. I use it to control screen shots, flashlight and many more settings, and it's very customisable. Brilliant app. For me it's best in its class. The dev is VERY helpful, and communicates well. I upgraded from the free version and love the paid version. which is worth every cent (or penny) give it a go! You'll be glad you did.
Edit: The new update is fantastic! Loving the new assistant and brightness functions, great work! Old review: I liked this app so much I got premium even though I never got ads with the free version! Thanks for this, love the flexibility and hope you keep up the amazing work! It really adds an impressive amount of utility that's missing in stock.
Cool way to add another personal touch to your phone's theme and function. The visual side has an impressive amount of customizable elements beyond anything I've seen in similar apps with custom volume panels. Giving a handful of templates as an optional start off point is a nice way to help learn what each custom option specifically changes and how rather than starting with a dark, monotone pallette. The shortcuts addition is a phenomenal idea. A custom IMG for the background wüd be cool tho
Samsung Sound Assistant allows one to modify the system volume steps in order to offer more granularity for (low) volume adjustment. Unfortunately your application discards this setting and enforces Android default 15 steps. Otherwise the application design is great. You may allow your users to reorder the volume panels to improve further your interface. *** Following dev reply: Samsung SoundAssistant as found in the Playstore is indeed Samsung device centric but did not come preinstalled ***
I like the app as a more customizable replacement to the standard volume app. However I am not using it until it is able to adapt to the interval setting I have set for my volume control. I like a little more control than the giant moves with volume.
This looks awesome and enjoying that all controls are easily accessible on the home screen. Brightness setting is slightly out, but no biggie. Great job dev/s 👍
I tried a lot of apps to customize my Volume Panel Sliders but I bought this one because for the price is fair enough and it offers a lot of customization. It works like a charm and until now I had no issues to report. The developer is active and if something comes up he will provide solutions or a refund without hesitation. I would suggest this app to everyone because it adds style and more choices than you had before with your basic android volume panel Sliders Keep up the very good work Lee!
