Volume Control - Volume Lock

Current Review: No longer locks or works, previous issues still exist as well, no point to this app. Old Review from 12/2018: The best so far. I use it to lock my volume to prevent it from changing itself when my headphones are plugged in. 2 issues: occasionally crashes, and when I go into the ap it auto changes the ringer to vibrate.

Doesn't work for Honor 7x. My volume up button is broken, and will often shoot to the max volume randomly. I downloaded this app thinking it would solve the problem, but boy was I wrong. Whilst biking alongside a very busy road with headphones in, despite this app "locking" my volume, the volume shot up, just about burst my eardrums, and I couldn't stop to take my headphones out due to traffic. I had to endure a blaring podcast while searching for a safe place to pull over.

does not work properly.. when my phone reboots it does not start up again or it just randomly stops controlling volumes and everything is unlocked. when switching modes nothing stays set that was supposed to. The locks dont work. What could be a great app and a great user interface ends up being lame due to things they still havent fixed yet.

Something seems that I can see in the background of the app.. But it's truly not showing any kind of adjustments on it to keep control's under control by me and not the device.

It's a shame the developer of this app abandoned it. It is really great but it doesn't automatically start upon boot and it doesn't remember what sounds you wanted locked. The GUI is outstanding too but I'll have to try to find one that works better.

App setting changes frequently, I mean it is unlocking all modules everytime, when we clear apps stored in memory. so this should not happen. Unlocking should be changed only after putting correct password. This is big error in your app. plz update the same on priority then only I can give 5 Star..Thank you.

So far alot of apps either pay to have or have way to many pop up's. So far simple start up and adjust your settings. Simple easy and no waiting 30sec to just change volume everytime. Qhat i wanted and needed. Thank you.

I won't say this is a bad app I tried it and it didn't work but it said it may not be compatible with my version of Android (10) it only issue was not being able to keep the optimizer from killing it after white listing it.

Doesn't work. It won't keep my ringtone volume locked so the volume gets inevitably turned down too low so I miss calls.

My device was stuck on mute for a long time and when I downloaded this app it all was fixed. Thank you to whoever made this app. Now I can hear sound on my device. You should get 1000 stars

There is no setting to keep active in pull down menue. It was there at first now gone. very inconvenient while wartching a movie. uninstalling.

nice app with good features, but lacks. every reboot the volume lock function is unlocked, precisely when you need it the most.

I was unable to lock the volume so it wouldn't change accidentally. Controls are ambiguous with no explanation as how to use the locking process.

All good except volume locks keep coming off for no reason. I have a Note 4 and it may be a handset issue but can't think why. Other than that does what it says well.

My volume was always turning down or off, now i lock it and i cant even unlock it unless i go to the app. and turn it down. Excelent. Thank You.

Locker can't keep volume lock. Every time I need open app or some time it's working fine with a little time out.

the volume unkocks every day and that defeats the purpose of a volume control app. very dissatisfied.

Very useful tool to keep volume fixed to avoid accidental turning off sounds and miss phone calls and alarms clock.

After learning to love a depend on this application. It froze up with a big screen and would not let me open my phone for rings

After using for a long time it stopped locking the volume, so i was missing all my calls.....uninstalled and using different app now....

It doesn't work.. Even when i locked my ringtones volume, it muted by itself.. It also unlocked all other volune.

Works well, shows the name of the adjustable item & lockable. Would like remove adds.

Perfect job when phone is in back pocket at work and I bend over the volume gets pressed down and this fixes that thank u so much

it doesnot work, i want to lock the volume when i watch movie, but if i hit volime button it is stll workinhnot locking

The only app where you can adjust ringtone and notification volume separately

worked the first time i downloaded it. reset my phone, now it doesnt work at all

be careful of this app it will modify system setting and many function of your phone will be disabled.

Seems to be doing what it says, but I would love to get a pro version without adverts
